Waterfront holiday rentals in Atlantic Beach

The condo was really nice. The distance from the beach to the condo was less than 200 feet. Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean and nicely decorated it was. Place was well stocked with essentials. There's a closet in the hall thats stocked with soap, bandaids, first aid, paper towels and everything needed. Appliances were new, clean and functional. TVs worked and the sound bar was a nice surprise as I would rather listen to music than watch TV. I can honestly say I cant think of one negative thing. Thank you for having us. We really had a great relaxing time, and thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We hit Gaffers twice but mostly sat on the deck and ate. That view is fantastic.

Absolutely loved staying here! It was an end unit as described and the beach veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. Easy beach access, kid friendly unit, very clean and comfortable. It felt like home on arrival, we were able to unpack easily and still enjoy the rest of the day in the area. Stacy was very quick to answer when we had an issue and resolved it within the hour. Would recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

My stay was great. The fishing was good even though I didn't catch the big one😄. Very quiet area. inside was really cute and accommodating for two people. It was a fun trip. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

This is a great little place! The location was great. I admit I would have like a better view out the window, but all I had to do was take a few steps to see the water. Shirt walk to the ocean, nice pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

Incredible!!! Whimsical Whale was perfect for our family! We felt as if we were staying the week with a distant relative. We felt welcomed and wanted but were given space even though they live upstairs. It was a beautiful, convenient and safe location. They do fail to mention in the listing that they have just about everything you think you need for a beach trip. A storage shed full of all the beach necessities, even a grill we were able to use. I believe out of all of the beach gear we brought, we only used our wagon. She even brought us assorted chocolate covered pretzels, they were delicious. They do have WiFi, and televisions. Although the only way to stream is through the blu ray player. I would suggest bringing some dvds if you have little ones coming along. 10 out of 10, 5 stars across the board!!!

My wife, son, daughter, granddaughter, her guide dog and I stayed at Natalie and John’s lovely condo at Atlantic Beach, NC to celebrate our GD’s graduation from High School in Chicago. It was a 5 star stay. First of all, the house is mere steps from the beach. Plus, it’s only an across-the-intercoastal waterway drive to Morehead City and Beaufort if you’re looking for stuff not available in Atlantic Beach. Our GD really wanted to see wild ponies on islands in the area. So son, daughter and GD spent one day trekking the sands of Shakleford Banks (while we hosted the pup at the house) and another day with us on the island nature preserve in the harbor adjacent to Beaufort (where we could bring the pup). Lots of horses to be seen. In between horse visits we spent a lot of time sunning, swimming and walking the beach. It rained the day we checked out so we visited the NC aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores, a town next door. Hint: go early, as this place fills up fast, esp. when it rains.

This place has an amazing feel of comfort, cleanliness, decorated perfectly, beds sleep absolutely amazing, view of sound is perfect, nice window views, great neighborhood and just all around beautiful and bet it’s hard to beat on all these points! It’s a must stay and great host! 100% gonna be back!!!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

Great house for a family trip! Beautiful views, clean, enough kitchen equipment, easy access to beach, quiet cul-da-sac. Bunkroom is mesmerizing for adults and kids of all ages, thick sturdy mattresses. Host is easy to communicate with if needed. Extras listed were so helpful to cut down on packing: beach chairs, tent, towels and toys then inside toys and many baby/toddler items the host will send details on, as well as starter amenities provided, which was good amt and easy to plan for what else needed. Comfortable beds, and there are several extra pillows we would have used but need extra linens, would suggest to inquire about size if need to bring own. A duplex but we had no issues with neighbors, and I would expect anything would have been handled quickly if necessary. If you haven't been before, Swansboro all the way up the island over to Beaufort has so much to offer!

Great place. Plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipped and furniture was all quite comfortable.

The house was phenomenal, clean and spacious. Kid friendly. The salt marsh and the boats going in and out were a pleasant view and was thoroughly enjoyed by my family. This home is located in the center of everything and it is walkable but they do provide a golf cast and it is worth every penny. You will want the golf cart!! This home is an exceptional find! Wish it was just a tad bit closer to the ocean but I can justify the 1/2 mile walk. Clean; this house is so clean!!!!!!!!!! I have no complaints and the hosts communicate quickly and they are a true pleasure to work with. I really don’t want to post this review, because this home is a gem!!!!! A Sutphin

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was perfect for my husband and I. There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated like the welcome gift, extra plush towels, fan, and super comfortable bed! The room was exceptionally clean as well which is always important. The room had everything we could have needed! We can’t wait to come again and stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was easy to find. 1st floor, so only a few stairs. Very clean and well appointed. The beach access for the condo has stairs but the regional beach access is just outside your balcony and only steps away. It is ramped and flat all the way to the sand. This is perfect for the supplied cart that was much appreciated. Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Decent WiFi. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Pool was nice. Everything was as shown and advertised. We would definitely recommend this host and this rental. Thanks again.

Fantastic spot right by the beach with access to two pools. Loved that there were games, towels, kitchenware and toys for kids.

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Me and family enjoy so much our stay. Everything looks exactly like the description! Everything clean and has so amenities!! I will recommend to everyone! Thanks so much to my host for all !

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. From the provided guidebook with all the information you need to the cleanliness of the home and the fact that all you need to bring is yourself/family, clothing, toiletries, and any food you want to cook, everything else is provided for you. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return!

Condo exactly as advertised. Elevators VERY MUCH appreciated. Complex wonderfully convenient for beach access. Beach was clean, lovely and uncrowded.
