Very enjoyable time here! Instructions, accommodations, and overall experience was perfect!

We were 5 girlfriends staying at this property. Each one of us loved everything about it . Perfect location !

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved Kathryn’s place! It was so peaceful and pretty, we loved having lake access, and it was convenient to drive to several local towns with great restaurants. The whole family enjoyed the kayaks and the community pool and the lovely outdoor space. My favorite part of the stay was the friendly fox who would visit the property in the mornings. Kathryn was also a wonderful host and responsive to our questions/messages. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

Amy & Sean's place was perfect. We choose it for its proximity to our wedding venue and couldn't be happier. The HOT Tub was just what we needed after a long day of preparing for our wedding. 100% recommend and will definitely consider staying again.

We had a beautiful stay in Kerhonkson for a relaxing bachelorette weekend! Lillian’s place is absolutely beautiful and was so comfortable for my friends and I. Everything was as described, extremely clean, plenty of linens and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. We enjoyed sitting by the pool when it was sunny. Lillian was very communicative and flexible with check in time. Thank you!

Vincent, Paul, and Derek were the most amazing hosts. I've never seen such attention to detail. The property and home was a gift to experience. The views are breathtaking. It was the perfect place for us to relax. This was the first time I've gone somewhere and already worked on a plan to return ASAP. This place deserves a higher category.....5 stars isn't enough! I see why it's a favorite of guests. The local resturant called Seconds was a recommendation from our hosts and had amazing food and decor. I wish I could articulate the amount of work and thought that went into this home.....it's like trying to express the beauty of a painting, words can't describe the experience, you just have to see it. My Wife and I would like to send our gracious hosts the most sincere whole hearted "thank you"for this opportunity!

House is very comfortable and clean in a convenient location to Hudson and other local attractions. The host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. There is the additional bonus of having access to the lake and the amenities in Sleepy Hollow community, but we were so busy with hiking, visiting a winery and dining at some great restaurants we didn’t use it! We had a really great long holiday weekend and would definitely recommend staying at this air bnb!

We had a wonderful trip at this house! We were a group of 6 adults and 5 small children and it still felt very spacious. The house and view was beautiful. And the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host was wonderful and even instacarted us paper towels when I asked if they had extra. The surrounding area is pretty quiet but we were 45 minutes from hunter mountain which wasn’t bad! Would visit again.

This place was so perfect for our friendship getaway out of the city! We were able to just relax and felt right at home in Antonia’s house. There was something to keep us busy all day from drinking coffee on the dock to grilling on the deck! I’d highly recommend this place!

Barbara’s home was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Check-in was easy, the home was beautiful and spotless, and was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Athens, with a breakfast/lunch spot and an evening brewery/pizza spot both only one block away! We would certainly stay here again, and would recommend Barbara’s home to anyone!

This Airbnb is everything described plus so much more! My family of 11 (9 adults and two 2 year olds) had plenty of seating, bedrooms, and kitchen plates and cutlery. The bathrooms were extremely spacious. The house was very kid friendly with lots of books and a game room. There was a canoe, plenty of kayaks, life vests and outside seating. We found everything we needed and more! We would definitely visit again.

The location is great—peaceful yet convenient. Communication with Daniel was smooth and helpful throughout, and his guidance made everything easy. We had an amazing stay at Cherisse’s place! It was a beautiful lake house. We enjoyed a lot of time outside on and by the water. It fit myself, my four family members and my dog perfectly - with extra room to spare! Cherisse was kind and extremely helpful if we had any questions. She also provided great local recommendations. I definitely recommend booking this house!
