Vladimirs place was exactly as described. The location was perfect - close to the main square in town and the beach. It was extremely clean and spacious for the three of us who were visiting. Would recommend and return.

We had a great stay in Lisboa at Chiho and Nuno’s apartment. It was close enough to Alfama to experience the culture but not close enough that it was noisy or busy where we were. I felt very safe. The apartment had everything we needed and was well-equipped. Thanks for having us

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Altus with seven adults and four kids. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty do space for everyone. The kids loved the playroom and the games room, and we all enjoyed the fantastic heated pool. The setting is spectacular amongst the vineyard covered hills, and we ate all of our meals outdoors. It was an easy drive to the coast, where we found beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Lina was wonderfully helpful, and let us check in early and out late, which was great for the babies’ nap schedules. The rooms also have blackout shutters, which helped them adjust to the time change. She provided cribs and high chairs for them. We were also really happy that the pool area is fenced and gated, which made it easier for parents to relax during meals on the patio! Finally for the adults, the showers are amazing. Great pressure and really hot water. I’d recommend Lina and Villa Altus to anyone. It really was perfect.

Great place. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living dining kitchen, and a big balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Very clean and well appointed apartment !!

We loved our month’s stay at Arlinda’s place - a house full of art and history - especially appreciated Arlinda’s creative use of driftwood and branches that made for functional and interesting spaces - 3 outdoor spaces! Her home is right outside the castle walls, easy to walk into the center -

Absolutely the nicest Airbnb we ever stayed in! First, we were able to check in early and the property manager met us and showed us around the place, with local recommendations. Apartment itself was beyond expectations, pictures do not do it justice. So beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need (even noise machines!) Air conditioning worked great, as it was really hot outside and we did a lot of walking. Would recommend this to our most particular friends when they are traveling to lisbon!

Alexandre’s place is well situated. You can get to the metro or any bus within minutes, and having the Time Out Market so close was very convenient. The place is very clean and clutter free. I loved having those huge windows with options for opening fully or just cracking them open at the top. The views of the river from the living room and bedroom were amazing. Alexandre is a wonderful host. He is extremely responsive and suggested many great things to do and restaurants. There is no shortage of things to do in Lisbon. I had a great time and would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Pedro & Ana's beach house, as did our one-year-old baby who felt right at home. The location is unbeatable with a direct view of the ocean and a short walk around the corner from the beach. Grocery stores are just a short 10-15 minute drive away. The backyard, hammock, and brand new grill were the perfect place to relax. Pedro & Ana were so welcoming and helpful, setting out a chilled bottle of wine for our arrival and sharing local recommendations with us. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans and cutting boards (we ended up buying our own to use) but otherwise is well equipped (e.g. hand blender, hand mixer, separate oven and microwave). And unlike other beach houses we've stayed at, there was no shortage of hot water! Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful time here, this is the kind of airbnb that you don't want to leave! The view is amazing, we were treated to spectacular sunsets...and the location in general is perfect. We cycled to Nazaré in 20 minutes. José was responsive and friendly and gave good instructions . We hope to come back soon!

We had a really nice time at the accommodation and felt very welcome by Cláudia from start to finish. Such a warm person. Her recommendations for the area were wonderful and the communication was excellent, especially when there was a problem with the sink, she was very quick and friendly and took care of a quick fix. The accommodation is very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. Above all, the well-kept garden is a dream and a positive thing to mention. The kitchen is also super equipped, we lacked nothing. There was even a small portafilter machine for coffee. The area is great for starting hikes from here. Although we had a car with us, we also liked to use the bus, which stops right around the corner. Overall an absolute recommendation! Thank you for the time :)

Passing through for 2 days, we discovered a peaceful place in the middle of nature, tastefully decorated. Very quiet place, superb landscape when opening the curtains. The best thing for a family with children is to be able to participate and feed the farm animals. Nadine & JLuc (Superhost in Algarve)

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

This was our second visit and Alice was as friendly, welcoming and hospitable as ever. The house is spotless, well equipped and comfortable with superb facilities across the site. The pool was fantastic, the locality quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning again.

We had a fantastic time in Lisbon, not only was the accommodation great but Pedro was a fabulous host. He gave us all his recommendations and local tips. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Although we have previously visited Portugal , this was our first time in Cascais. Teresa & Pedro made our decision easy to chose their homely apartment. Their communication were fast, friendly and extremely informative. The apartment is bright and airy with the bonus of a swimming pool. It was never busy and a great spot to chill out and relax on very hot days. The neighborhood is quiet for a good nights sleep after a busy sightseeing day. The supermarket Pingo Doce is roughly a 10 minute walk. There is also a small local shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk away. You can walk into Cascais centre in around 20 minutes. Cascais has a lot to offer. It has museums, lovely beaches, great restaurants and lovely parks. The marina area is also well worth a visit. We visited Lisbon on public transport which is fairly straightforward. We also visited Sintra which is a must but even in early June extremely busy. Thank you Teresa & Pedro for sharing your wonderful apartment.

Lovely place, very helpful host always ready with suggestions and recommendations to make your stay as good as it can be. A little away from the centre but great public transport and uber make it no problem.

A wonderful place. A peaceful setting, ideally located for restaurants, supermarket and beach. The pool is bigger then it looks on pictures. our children enjoyed the Airbnb. lots of space, secure grounds and a trampoline to keep them entertained. We enjoyed BBQs on the patio. The villa is cleverly designed so that nobody feels on top of each other. would definitely revisit
