¡Un lugar increíble! El departamento es súper bonito, acogedor y está cerca de todo, lo que hace que sea super práctico para moverse. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días geniales en Asunción, ya sea para relajarte o para explorar la ciudad.

El alojamiento una escapada perfecta, tranquilo, privado, la vista de la terraza un lujo, la anfitriona súper amable y atenta, un valor agregado el portero es un capo el señor. Volvería siempre !!

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Muy buena atención

The place is airy, has all the appliances- even filtered drinking water, which is a huge thing. Backyard with a pool is nice. Quiet neighbourhood. The host Vivi is friendly, perfect communication in English.

Only good things to say, Camilo is very helpful, very friendly environment and everything that is needed is available. would definitely recommend .

Después de muchos hospedajes en Asunción, sin duda este es el mejor de todos, sus muebles son de gran calidad, colchón, TV etc ... ya que normalmente los apartamentos de alquiler nadie se suele gastar dinero en ese tipo de cosas.

Hospedagem excelente, com localização privilegiada, apartamento impecavelmente limpo e um anfitrião extremamente atencioso.

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Super bien ubicado en una zona bastante tranquila. Limpio, cómodo y tal cual como en las fotos.

Olga fue una anfitriona de lujo. Super recomendada. Con respecto al departamento hermoso muy bien amoblado, lindo balcón con vista abierta piso alto. El edificio tiene full amenities de primer nivel y seguridad 24hs Voy a volver pronto

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.

Excelente experiencia. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento para quien desee pasar unos días por la capital de Paraguay ya que cuenta con todas las facilidades, además de ser seguro y estar muy bien ubicado. El self check-in es una ventaja muy valorada. Volvería a rentarlo con mucho gusto.
