Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Without a doubt, an excellent option for those looking for comfort and good service!

The apartment is perfect and equipped with everything you need. Clean with a great view, a comfortable bed, and a good internet connection. The host was responsive and helped us with everything. You can walk to the restaurants and the shops nearby. The only negative thing is that at night, there is a lot of noise coming from the bars that are close to the apartment, so if you are someone who needs silence to fall asleep, you might struggle.

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Very nice apartment, great location for shopping Mariscal López and surrounding restaurants, all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The apartment has neat amenities (hair dryer was not available, but we had already read that in the reviews). For cooking, an oil would still be helpful and a dish towel, otherwise we had everything we needed :)

We had a great stay at Juan Pedro’s apartment. The space is bright and comfortable, with amazing views from the big corner windows and a balcony to enjoy. It’s well-equipped with everything you need—good internet, a cozy and comfortable bed, a desk for working, a big comfy couch, and a big TV. The location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby, a convenience store just down the street, and easy walking access to Paseo Galleria and Shopping del Sol. The kitchen has all the essentials, and security at the building was very friendly and helpful. Juan Pedro was a great host—always responsive and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Oh, and if you like plants, you’re in for a treat. The apartment has plenty of them. Thankfully, security can take care of the watering, so you won’t have to worry about accidentally inheriting a small jungle during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
