Excellent experience. I had doubts because I only had one comment, but the truth that far exceeded our expectations, it is a beautiful house, very safe 30 meters from a mini super, very complete, 300 meters away a lot of gastronomic offer, technology, clothing stores, shopping, the area is the best of Asuncion. Lisa was super nice and attentive, we left coffee, water, juices, beer, bread, ham, cheese, dressings and much more. Great host and made Mr. Hector available to us so he can help us with what we needed , also great person, very friendly and helpful. If they go to Asuncion super recommended, don't hesitate!!! Thank you so much for your attention, we would definitely go back to the same place.

For us it was perfect, we had everything we needed for Christmas and also the communication was always easy. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in a larger group.

Maria and her father were very kind from the reservation until we left. We stayed in the bedroom with a private bathroom and it was great! The kitchen was communal but complete and clean. Safe space to leave the car, although it is discovered. The avenue has several facilities nearby, making it possible to do a lot of things on foot, but the sights are around 20 minutes by car. Super recommend onsite stay.

Time and again, I find myself returning as a guest. As always, wonderful hosts, a fantastic place, and just minutes from Asunción's bus terminal—yet still perfectly safe and peaceful.

Nice big bedroom with high ceilings. Common spaces are luxurious.

Been here since December, and still living here. So far the absolute best apartment I've been in in Paraguay, clean, open spaces, big rooms with good beds and a big kitchen. It's also close to the terminal and other local things like Multiplaza and downtown

We was let down by another host who had a shoddy property. We was really stressed Travelling with a toddler and having to search for a place last minute as it was Christmas. I saw Pablos property and just went with it because it ticked the boxes of what I was looking for. To be honest after being let down I didn’t have high hopes but when we arrived it was something else more than what I imagined. I had the best time of my life in a long time from many of my travels it’s in a picturesque natural environment with animals and a farm house next to it with a caretaker and his wife who take care of the Quinta and the land. We also had to opportunity to slaughter our own animals to eat and we really enjoyed everything about the place the late night barbecues to relaxing in the pool with the family on a nice hot sunny day. The only thing the place does not have is internet but if you are looking to connect with nature and disconnect from the world with luxury it’s definitely the place

We had a few beautiful days with the family in Aguyje. Really a beautiful place to enjoy, with the comforts and spaces to share. We would definitely return.

I recommend staying here, very good place, cleanliness and have 4 rooms. It's quiet to relax.

The house has all the amenities, it has a beautiful patio, court and pool. It's exactly as described in the ad. It is equipped for a large number of people. Very well taken care of. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back.
