Apartment holiday rentals in Asunción

I would have loved to stay in this beautiful apartment for longer. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, you will enjoy a relaxing sleep here after touring the city. The water in the shower is strong and hot. This building has beautiful views of the city and we enjoyed viewing the sunrise from the rooftop. We also appreciate the secure parking. If you are a terrible planner Nicolas has you covered with recommendations for what to see and where to eat. There was plenty of sites and markets to walk to, we would definitely stay here next time we are in Asunción

The best accommodation I've ever found on AirBNB. As a Brazilian, the first time I was abroad, I thought I would have difficulty with the place and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Despite not speaking Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Your apartment is impeccable, very well decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything new and very neat! A 10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in visiting Asunción and its surroundings because the location is very strategic, and it is not far from anything.

Apartment with everything you need, comfortable and very bright. On a floor high enough to appreciate the bay of Asunción and the new Bridge. The quiet area (a neighborhood with little traffic), safe at the same time and close to the waterfront, which gives fluidity to go anywhere in Asunción by car. The garage was easily accessible. Valentin responded almost immediately, very polite and predisposed. Everything was as published.

We stayed in Alvaro’s place for a full month and it was amazing! Its beautiful, super calm and comfortable, lots of things to do nearby, great gym across the streets, big shopping malls within a short walk, we couldn’t recommend it more.

For people traveling alone a 10 out of 10! There are good restaurants in the area, all accessible on foot.

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Awesome place in a quiet building thats still close to everything. Lovely neighborhood and perfect apartment. Hugo was super responsive and extremely helpful in every way the whole time. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.

Excellent experience. I recommend 100% this accommodation for those who want to spend a few days in the capital of Paraguay since it has all the facilities, in addition to being safe and very well located. Self check-in is a highly valued advantage. I would wash it with great taste again.
