It is a 5-story building consisting of a kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace. La Casina is a haven of peace, ideal for reconnecting with nature. It is located on a private estate in a 100% rural environment, with plenty of space to enjoy the exterior (outdoor furniture areas, barbecue, garden). Our eco-farm is located on the banks of the Cantabrian, in the rural parish of Argüeru, Council of Villaviciosa, Asturias, traditional village house, type eighteenth century morning. The farm has spaces for leisure, picnic tables, children's playground and the farm with the native varieties: cunning ponies, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens.

Large room (40m2) with kitchenette and direct access to a private garden. Views of the small birch forest and the Sierra del Cuera. It has two beds of 105 and a sofa that can be a bed for children, it is not suitable for adults.
