Great accommodation and host service. The cleaning staff is charming and the cleanliness is 10. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and with access to all services. Ideal for enjoying a few days and renewing energy. The hostess' suggestions for places and restaurants were 10/10. We will be happy to return, we hope it will be very soon.

My kid and I had a very nice stay at Javi's place during the San Isidro Bridge. The house was very clean and clean, with everything you need. Javi very attentive, he had no inconvenience in coming to solve a small problem with the heating in a quick and effective way. The area is perfect to move around Pola de Siero without needing to take the car, and on the same street of the house and streets around you can park without paying (depending on the time, it may cost a little to find parking). The location is also perfect to move around, playa, mountain, Gijón and Oviedo... everything is very close. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Wonderful and central location, yet removed due to elevation and back from the streets. Incredible view up the valley from the living room and enough space and comfort for 2, with one bedroom and the sofa bed. Jose is an excellent host, helpful and goes the extra mile.

Margaritas place was great! We travelled with our 3 year old and she was super happy to see that there was an entire room with toys she could play with. The place was very comfortable and the location was incredible, right on the beach and had a kids’ park right across the street. The washer and dryer made it very convenient for us traveling with a little one.

Everything was fine from the start, the check-in was simple, clear and with instructions from the moment 1. He even gave us parking recommendations. He also gave us 2 copies of keys, which is always appreciated. The house is as described. It's comfortable, spacious (we were 5) and very well located. Also, it has dehumidifier. In our experience by Gijón usually the humidity is very high, so also point positive Very happy to have booked with Elena! and I will be back in the future when I pass through Gijón

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

We were very happy on the floor despite the short stay, as it is very welcoming and comfortable. We value the garage square just a few meters from the house. Beds are very comfortable - we rested very well. It is very well located on a pedestrian street without any noise next to the Auditorium and a five minute walk from the City Hall. We will definitely repeat when we come back to Asturias which is a beautiful land!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need and is very close to the hospital and shopping center. Quick access from the highway and a very spacious garage.

Borja and Rebeca unbeatable in their kindness and interest in facilitating the information and being aware of what we could need. The house has a beautiful view and is very close to spectacular beaches. The house has all the necessary users, nothing is missing in the kitchen and they have the detail of leaving you fresh water, beers and other basic elements that are appreciated when you have just arrived on the trip. A great experience to spend some wonderful days as a family.

Helena is a simple and super attentive person, very hospitable and concerned that we have the best experience of the place. Pandel de Berruga is a beautiful place that must be cared for and protected, and Helena does so and raises awareness so that visitors do too. The house is beautiful, the views from the balcony and windows are dreamy ❤️ Hiking around is a must-do adventure 😍 Thank you Helena

A very pleasant house on the edge of a lovely town. The accommodation was good for the four of us and despite chilly weather is was warm indoors (radiators plus wood burner). As described, the location is on a steep hill but we managed to unload and load the car quite easily, parking just up at the top with a walk back down to the house. it is also a downhill/uphill walk to the village centre. Cudillero is a super spot and the steep hills are part of the character. Beatrix is a great host, brilliant communication in English and really helpful and attentive to our (few) needs. Plenty of advice about restaurants and places to go as well. We had a great few days and as long as one is ok with the hills we would definitely recommend a stay here.
