Extremely clean and fragrant house, simple but with everything that is necessary. Eduardo and his wife were polite, kind and super flexible at check-in and check-out, and welcomed us with a delicious cake and juice. I loved my stay and would definitely rent again! 🥰

The place is great, there are 3 air-conditioners that make all the difference for a house on the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms, the beds are very good and large and the kitchen is small but well arranged, The living room is comfortable and has an air conditioner that is the differential of the house I found it amazing! Everything is brand new, very clean and organized. It's really worth it!

The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

I liked it a lot, I found the location very good, the cove beach and the Pitangueiras beach are very close, just under 4km taking less than 10 min by motorcycle, no need to take highway or dangerous roads, Assai wholesaler nearby and many options downtown. The house is very cozy and there is nothing missing, I will definitely return again, nothing to complain about! Success for you.

My boyfriend and I made the reservation in less than 24 hours for check-in, we talked to Drausio, he was very requested, super polite and allowed us to enter before the time advertised on the site, he also gave us other information about whats to facilitate communication. We stayed for 4 days in the apartment, we love the location, the tranquility of the beach and the service of the condominium employees. The apartment is really like in the pictures, we felt at home, it was great! Only one issue that left us a little discouraged at the time we arrived was the smell of wood/mold (we believe that it is because it is older and closed for several days), but we left everything open and the smell practically disappeared.

The apartment is wonderful, it had everything my family needed, other than the view that is wonderful. The only observation point is that in some photos of the advertisement had television in the rooms, this may confuse the user, but otherwise the apartment is excellent and I highly recommend it.

Our stay was excellent, Ronaldo answered all our questions before we even made the reservation. Communication with the boys who work at the entrance was great, they are helpful and very polite. The apartment is in perfect condition, has all the kitchen utensils and met our expectations very well. Even though the view is lateral, it's beautiful!! The windows all with a safety net made us much more relaxed. The region is very good, it has everything close by and because it is at the end of the Astúrias waterfront, it ends up being more reserved, which is a differential, it has tents and also vendors with all kinds of food. The beach is good for children, the waterfront is quiet and our little one enjoyed it a lot!! Everything else was great, Ronaldo has excellent communication and served us super well!!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
