Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Assoro

Amo La Sicilia!! The perfect apartment, for a perfect holiday. The location was spot on - just off Via Etnea; a few minutes walk from the sights of the city, supermarkets and a tube station (one stop from the train & bus station hub). The apartment itself was lovely and worked well for our family (young children) despite all the steps! Clean, not cluttered but nicely furnished and decorated and well stocked for self-catering. Neighbourhood was lively in an evening, lots of bars and restaurants, but it didn't impact our stay at all. Final shout out to Marco our check in and out host, who was friendly, polite, flexible and very helpful. Really appreciated his warm approach and communication. Would certainly recommend this apartment and host for people thinking about staying in Catania. Thank you for making our Sicilian holiday a family experience we won't ever forget!

Donatello’s flat is unique and stylish with spacious and beautifully arranged rooms. The terrace is a good place to sit and eat. The area has a very good vibe, the noise is all positive; mainly people having a good time in the restaurants and bars which are around. Some music too. There are food shops nearby. The kitchen is personal and contains things you might need immediately - suggest getting to the fish market early in the morning to buy some really fresh fish and to keep the local trades going. For visiting the city, this apartment is in the old part of town. Walk the streets and have a good time!

We stayed for two weeks. Our commute to the center of Catania and to the train and bus stations was done both by Metro and on foot. There are two supermarkets nearby and a cafeteria next to the building's door. The traffic of vehicles on site is quite intense but the acoustic insulation of the windows is very efficient in insulating external noise.

I spent a weekend at Royal apartment, the host is professional and helpful. I needed to check in before the indicated time and within 30 minutes he made the apartment available. Impeccable apartment, meets every comfort and in a strategic area where with a short walk you can reach the city center, the clubs and the central station. Definitely recommended

We've had a pleasant stay! Marco is very communicative, kind and pro-active. The appartement is cosy and spacious. We really felt comfortable and at ease.

Great place, me and my friends spent here 3 nights. The apartment was very tidy and clean, we had a lot of space. It is close to the main attractions in Catania. Also it is possible to find a parking spot near the aparment, very convenient :)

Ideally located for visiting the east coast of Sicily, close to the airport. The place is quiet and welcoming. Even late check-in went very well. I would this place.

I had a great two-month stay at this apartment ideally located in Sicily. The apartment has stunning views of Etna and is just a short walk from the seaside. Communication with the owner was perfect from the beginning: responsiveness, availability and kindness made the experience very pleasant. For an extended stay, the amenities are spotless, including the presence of a washing machine and dryer, very convenient on a daily basis. The accommodation also has a large TV screen in the living room, as well as an extra TV in the bedroom, for optimal comfort. Finally, secure private parking is a real plus, allowing the car to be parked in complete tranquility. I highly recommend this apartment for its quality, its prime location and the warm welcome of the owner. Thank you for a great experience in Sicily!

We had a great time in Sicily! Tiziana was a fantastic landlord!The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need!The location is perfect,walking distance to the main landmarks,restaurants, and cafes. We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Davide’s beautiful property. It is extremely peaceful and beautiful. Davide is a consummate host, he’s incredibly warm and inviting and deeply invested in the contentment of his guests. He was responsive and insightful about any and all queries, he is a delight. This is a great location whether you’re looking to stay local or explore. We would have loved to stay longer, it went by too quick! Thank you SO much, Davide!!

Alberto’s house was clean, cool, just like the photos and had every amenity you can think of plus so many kind touches - drinks and juices in the fridge, cannoli, soaps etc. The place was huge for just the two of us! We were given perfect recommendations for the town - restaurants, gardens and Saturday market. Alberto even picked us up from the bus stop. Hugely appreciated, thank you Alberto!

Francesco was a great host. He replied for our questions quickly and recommended some good restaurants and attractions with useful information. The apartment is close to the train station, supermarkets and the main attractions are also in a walkable distance through the Via Etnea. The furnitures was nice, new and clean. The house was pretty well equiped. I highly recommend the apartment and Francesco.

We loved this place! So authentic and beautiful! Responsive hosts that were much appreciated! Also, a great balcony not shown in the pictures and the view of the amphitheater from the lobby is so cool. Very walkable to things in the city. A comfortable and wonderful respite from busy Catania! Jean was great meeting us and showing where to park and giving us a run down of the house. The property is well located and quiet, the decor not modern but works well with a fully equipped kitchen.

Eduardo’s place was located on a quiet street close to bars, restaurants, and the square. Easy to get to public transit. The space was just as described, and clean upon arrival. Eduardo was a great host that made sure if we had any questions they were answered.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, as are the pillows, and the bathroom is spacious, with two sinks, which is very practical. The location is excellent: it is close to the center of Catania and only 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station. In addition, Diego has always been very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. A 10-star deal!
