Apartment holiday rentals in Assisi

We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. La casa di Marzia è una vera chicca per chi vuole passare qualche giorno nella pace e tranquillità. Consiglio davvero di farci visita, è disperso nel nulla, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con specifica dall’indirizzo fornito direttamente da Marzia. Consiglio l’amaca sotto le stelle e un buon caffè vista collina la mattina presto. Ci torneremo molto presto perché fare una esperienza così è senz’altro da ripetere!

Soggiornare quì è stato come sentirsi a casa! Sin dal primo momento, l'Host, Giovanni, è stato sempre chiaro e disponibile, dandoci raccomandazioni locali su cosa vedere, dove poter andare e sul cibo locale. Sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza e a farsi sentire se tutto andasse bene. La casa è un gioiello. Pulita, ordinata, con una posizione tranquilla e con un bel balconcino a diaposizione. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi (3/4 minuti) a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e da diversi fermate bus per poter andare in giro per l'Umbria. Lì si ferma anche l'Umbria Link, il bus che collega l'aeroporto con la stazione e viceversa. Posizione dunque imbattibile! A S. Maria degli Angeli tanti ristoranti da provare! Ah, proprio sotto il palazzo dell'appartamento c'è un'ottimo bar e un supermercato! Tutto super consigliato!! Spero di tornarci! Grazie di tutto!

The apartment is very cozy. Francesca anticipated very well what her guests need. It has a full kitchen with indoor and outside dining areas. There is a washing machine and a lot of hanging areas. the balcony is spacious with plants, beautiful cactus and succulents around. there are 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. the 3rd bedroom doesnt have airconditioning, but no need for it since Assisi has cool and pleasant weather when we were there in June. Beds are comfortable. The place is beside the highway, but surprisingly it is not noisy even with the door to the back balcony is open. the location is just about 3 mins walk to Santa Maria digna Angeli, which is outskirt of Assisi. the view from the front balcony of Assisi is fantastic. To get to central Assisi, we either drove up to a parking area or just take the bus line C. Bus stop is just across the apartment. Ticket can be purchased downstairs too. There is a supermarket/mall about 3 mins away.

Super Lage um die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Mit prächtiger Aussicht über das Tal mit Assisi Spello Trevi und viele weitere Orte im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung sehr nett eingeteilt und eingerichtet und eine richtig angenehme Ruhe zum Entspannen nach den Ausflügen. Sollten wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Umbrien machen, wird das mit sicherheit wieder unsere Unterkunft werden.

Lovely apartment with a lovely view! Spello is a beautiful, peaceful place with an intimate culture. Sonora recommended a great restaurant where the food was delicious and the view gorgeous. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Everything about our stay was superb. The host was kind, responsive, and made both check-in and check-out effortless. The apartment was easy to find and ideally located for exploring Umbria. The internet was fast, and essential amenities—including a grocery store and a cozy bar serving coffee and pastries—were just a short walk away. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxed, with a lovely view of Assisi from the balcony. We truly had nothing to complain about—this is a place we’d happily return to for both short and long stays. A tip for visiting Assisi: take the local bus from the nearby train station—it’s just a few minutes’ walk. For dining in Santa Maria degli Angeli, we recommend: La Bella Trattoria degli Angeli (homemade food with a relaxed, authentic vibe) and La Pregiutteria Casa Norcia (a more refined experience with excellent atmosphere and flavors). This Airbnb is highly recommended!

Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet street just around the corner from St Clare‘s church. Easy to wheel cases from the main gate of the old town. Great location - can walk everywhere. Really lovely place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.
