Tiziana, the owner, is cheerful and helpful, and her apartment reflects all the standards described, indeed, everything goes beyond all expectations! Strategic and convenient location with all amenities nearby (bakery and food😜). A quiet and characteristic neighborhood, in the heart of Palermo, which is full of life and movement just a few steps away. great apartment to stay in Palermo. fully equiped apartment, spacious also parking lot is available. Easy access apartment is on ground floor. Alessabdro is very helpfull, give tips and recommned great atractions . I highly recommend this place

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

Mr. Lorenzo was very attentive and helpful from the first moment I contacted him. The apartment was clean and had a spectacular orientation. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I have no doubt that if I return to Palermo I will return with Lorenzo. Thank you Lorenzo.

I and the other guests spent some really nice days in this home. The apartment was well equipped and as described. The location is comfortable and quiet, perfect for exploring the area. The host was very kind, always available and attentive to every need, meticulously explaining the beauty and activities to do on this wonderful island. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Lucrezia was an awesome host! Always very responsive. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Great kitchen and balcony. Also the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, even some spices. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Vito welcomed us very well, and gave us several little tips about our trip which was really nice, the place was perfect, nothing to complain about, just like on the pictures! Thank you so much! ☺️

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing host, great location, and great property! Salvatore is supernice . place was stocked with groceries enough for our stay. he brought us free breakfast twice during our stay. he provided us with snorkeling gear, cell phone chargers, etc.for free. Thanks Salvatore!

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

we enjoyed a house surrounded by olive and lemon trees, very quiet, close to downtown and the pink cove, with some splendid sunsets. Highly recommended! Thank you Luca for being attentive at all times

Beautiful place. Consideration of a later checkout rather than hard stop at 10am can help guest with sudden disruption of travel plans, especially if small children involved. Other than that, A great getaway for a family.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Very nice, comfortable and quiet apartment in an inner courtyard. Ideal for visiting Palermo and resting in the evening. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was really perfect. Super equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but the apartment would be easy to reach by metro.

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.

Very clean apartment on the ground floor, overlooking a relatively quiet street, very well located near the port. It's perfect for a base, because in Palermo you live outside.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
