Villa Claudia is place where you experience Sicilian hospitality and comfort at the highest level. From the very beginning, you feel at home – Marco and his mama are incredibly kind and helpful, and a very warm welcome with dishes of Sicilian specialties. Villa Claudia impresses with exceptional cleanliness, lovingly and stylishly furnished rooms. The spacious beds with firm mattresses, plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, pool and outdoor grill provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. For trips to Palermo or the more distant sandy beaches, a car is recommended, but within walking distance you’ll find a rocky beach, a super well-equipped small supermarket (B+F), and “Ganci” – always open for very affordable snacks, cafe, gelato, or a spritz. Villa Claudia offers the best of both worlds: ideal for spending a few relaxing days there and as a perfect base to begin wonderful experiences in Palermo, at lively beaches, or in the hinterland.

My daughter and son in law stayed with Giuseppina. The apartment was fabulous for all our needs. Situated in the town centre. Great location. Clean and tidy and a lovely host.

Booked at short notice due to a change of plans and Gabriel was very accommodating. The house is large and very well equipped and just what we needed for a few hot days at the end of our Sicily trip - beach and a shady garden. Other reviews mention a narrow drive way and admittedly this was a challenge but worth the effort for this lovely house

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Sicily with my family! The house is incredibly charming and well-equipped, with a beautiful, meticulously maintained garden and a lovely pool that became an oasis for all of us during the hot days. The outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus – being able to cook and enjoy local ingredients outside really gave an authentic Mediterranean feel. We shared some memorable family dinners with views over the landscape. The host was incredibly generous and friendly, always ready to offer tips on attractions and local restaurants. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. His hospitality made us all feel at home right away. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and genuine Sicilian experience with loved ones!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

Marco was extremely attentive and helpful from the get go before we even arrived in the country. His parents living below allowed for us to check in a bit later than expected and were extremely nice. Overall the place was amazing, the views from the garden and the terrace were amazing the house was very comfortable to stay in with everything we needed for our short stay. If we ever came back during the summer we would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at Daniela's place and felt right at home. A beautiful spot with amazing food nearby. Hopefully we can return one day!

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

Was in a good place with little distance to everything

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

Claudia’s apartment was hands-down our favorite stay during our two-week trip to Italy. The space was absolutely beautiful — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable for our family of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made our stay especially relaxing. The balconies offered gorgeous views of the Cathedral, and the lift made it easy to get all our luggage up to the third floor. Claudia was an exceptional host — kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She met us upon arrival, helped carry in our luggage, and even had a delicious homemade pastry (baked by her mother!) waiting for us. She went above and beyond, helping us coordinate airport transfers, an unforgettable boat day, and a wonderful cooking class — all of which became highlights of our time in Sicily. The location was also fantastic — walkable, central, and the perfect base for exploring Palermo. We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience!

Loved the place in Terissini. Was clean and as described. Dario was great and made us feel comfortable.

Dario was the best host ever. He was always willing to help and was flexible. The place is GORGEOUS! You basically have your own private villa. Close to Mondello beach where the sights are incredible and night life is crazy. It was a cozy spot, but had a classic Italian touch to it. I would highly highly recommend staying here. It was worth every penny.

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

We loved our stay at Marida's and Beppe's place. The little villa's are cozy, comfortable and have all you need. Also for staying with a baby of 11 months old. The garden is beautiful and the pool is the best, with an amazing view. Good to know for young parents, the (non video) baby monitor we took with us reached from our villa to the pool! The location of the stay is a good base to explore several beautiful fishing villages, beaches and of course Palermo. The only downside being that while the closest village is at an okay walking distance, the unpaved road to walk on is not suitable for the average baby stroller. To close off, hosts Marida, Beppe (and Bonbon!) are very friendly and thoughtful hosts. With a very interesting background in science and art, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
