We had a great time at Federica's place. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need for a good stay and is in a great location, perfect for reaching the most beautiful beaches of Conero, but also a great starting point for excursions. Federica was very helpful, even giving us tips for the vacation, both before and during the stay.

This apartment is really delightful. All new and carefully furnished. Access is simple and the directions provided are clear and precise. There is a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the peace of this place. We only stayed one night, but we had a great time! We also received directions to nearby places to eat, although the kitchen is fully equipped! Highly recommended

Stefania is a very helpful host and always ready to help guests. The apartment is generously sized and has been recently renovated. The details of the furniture helped to give that extra touch that we appreciated so much. Air conditioning in all rooms. A spacious kitchen and a small, airy terrace for coffee made the space even more complete. I definitely recommend this place.

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.
