Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Asphodel-Norwood

The nortehaus was definitely an inspiring and well designed space we enjoyed. Nestled in the middle of nature, you can definitely feel the calmness and quietness of it all. Parker was responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. Would book again!

This was my second stay at The Red Brick House and we had a great time. The house is excellent, clean, in a good neighborhood and yet close to downtown. Easy communication with the hosts, I would highly recommend this ABNB.

We had a lovely stay at Braden’s place. The home was a perfect gateway for 2 people. Big plus for having plenty of firewood for the guests to use. The home was clean & had all the amenities for a great relaxing stay.

Very nice stay, if we are ever in Port Hope again we will be staying here! Close to downtown, and the place is private and well kept! Would recommend!

Art’s place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It’s a big property with lots of space. The waterfront was pristine with clear water and no weeds. The interior has plenty of space to play games, enjoy the view and simply just relax. We would love to spend an entire week there the next time if Art would welcome us back.

Our stay at Trevor and Rachel's place was wonderful. A unique place with kitchy decor and stunning surroundings. The communication was great, with clear directions for every step of the process and guidance on the surrounding area. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in future!

Sebastian’s place was absolutely wonderful, my husband and I came for our one year anniversary with no set plans about what we wanted to do in the area. The place was gorgeous, perfect little home away from home, in the mornings we drank our coffees on the front deck watching the butterflies in the garden, and in the evenings the hot tub barn made for a really beautiful evening hangout. Sebastian included a great bulletin board of things to do in the area with a fun ranking system so during the day my husband and I made a little road trip out of the most recommended attractions. I highly recommend the Petroglyph provincial park - it genuinely took our breath away. Thank you Sebastian for such a wonderful stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Robin’s house was located very close to all the arena’s in Peterbourgh. We were there to watch our grandson play lacrosse. Hopefully they will return next year to this tournament. I will definetly be rebooking Robin’s loft. It was just as advertised. I also appreciated the selection of coffees. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their lightning-fast responses made communication effortless and reassuring. I hated to leave Maya's and Jon's cozy and comfortable apartment, the best of my several Air BnB stays in Peterborough, and I'm eager to stay there again. The apartment is in an older house that's typical of many in Peterborough, and positively reminded me of two places where I lived while growing up in Peterborough. The apartment was well-supplied with everything I needed, especially the kitchen, and I did a lot of cooking during my stay. Towels and linens were of great quality and very clean. (There's simply "clean" and then "very clean," in my view!). The hosts live downstairs. They were friendly and responsive, without being at all intrusive. The neighborhood is GREAT! At night, it was wonderfully quiet. In the morning, I awakened to birds singing. The house is very close to a park and the Rotary Greenway Trail. East City's "small town" main street, Hunter Street, is about a 15 minute walk away. I recommend the butcher shop, Hard Winter Bakery, and The Railyard restaurant.

This place was great. Well-designed and beautiful decor. Spotlessly clean. We stayed a week here and were so glad we did. We used the laundry facilities, the dishwasher, the dining area, and everything was so functional.

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

really enjoyed my stay in Cobourg - the apartment is so beautifully decorated and has everything you'd need. easily walkable in 10/15 mins into the town. I enjoyed trying out all of the different bakeries and having a swim in the lake! highly recommend staying here.
