We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

Beautiful house and just like the photos with descriptions! One beach is a 5-minute drive away and the other is 10 minutes away! Cristina is very kind. We recommend it 100%!!!

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband received us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

The accommodation was as advertised and faithful to the photos. The area is very quiet and at the same time well connected to the road and neighboring villages. The bed was spacious and very comfortable, the facilities were clean and had everything you needed. There were also complimentary products. The pools were a good size and temperature. A great success.

It was a lovely, pleasant and comfortable weekend. We loved everything, the location, the facilities, the hosts, the things to do in the surroundings... we will definitely repeat.

If your goal is to spend a few days of tranquility away from the city, this is undoubtedly the place. The house is very nice, well cared for. Dolores was very attentive to us, she left everything ready for a relaxing stay, and that's how it was.

Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment (and even more!). The site is quiet, facing the hills, 10 minutes from shops, and less than 30 minutes from the center of Bilbao. In addition, Marce is friendly, very welcoming and responsive. Whatever the weather, everything is well planned (outdoor pool, barbecue... but also inside: large spaces for eating, with a Jacuzzi or corners for games). it's a great place with lots of privacy and a sublime view. Also the surroundings were beautiful everywhere. The WiFi in the cottage was super stable. The nearest village of Selaya is about 25 minutes drive on a beautiful road. It has plenty of shops for normal groceries. Even a separate bakery with delicious bread. If we get the chance, we would definitely go there again.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even food is partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a crib for our little one, as well as all doors and windows extra secured. However, what you should know is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means some workout every day and unfortunately a little clairvoyant, but the shutters are dark. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality left something to be desired with strong chlorine taste, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and surroundings for a stay as a family.

A very cozy house where we had all we needed. Ideal to spend time in large groups thanks to its huge dining room-living room. Beautiful and comfortable beds and we thank the bbq for a sunny Sunday. Carmen's recommendations unbeatable to spend a nice night with the family.

Comfortable and very clean housing, in a very quiet area and with quick access to the highway, hypermarket beaches and the center of the town. Pets are allowed, the apartment has a very nice patio for recreation. Highly recommended. Carmen is very attentive and kind. She left us a magnificent surprise upon arrival, which was a delight.
