At the marina there are guest places for boat for a fee(guests must check for availability themselves) This is a great starting point for paddling, surfing, or other water sports activity. Outer Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

Here it is quiet and peaceful while getting a taste of boating Bua is adjacent to the boat docks to expect to meet people vacationing in their boats. There are on-site swimming facilities with a swimming staircase on the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forest, paths and mountains.
