Holiday rentals with a patio in Ashtabula

We were very happy with our stay! The view of the lake is gorgeous so make sure to take advantage of the porch and deck. The porch is private but the deck is communal but we had it all to ourselves. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled and the shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfy and the space was very clean. There were two of us and it was the perfect amount of space. Location wise, it's not far from Geneva On The Lake and a bunch of local wineries. Be prepared to drive though as there aren't any Ubers around. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay! The place was lovely and comfortable w/ many useful amenities. The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk to Cedar Fairmount, Little Italy, and the CWRU campus w/ no problems. Mr. Byram was very responsive and did a great job checking in on us throughout our stay, and we appreciated his flexibility. Would stay again!

I was in town for a family get together for my moms 98th birthday.their place was just as described.very peaceful and quiet.well equipped with everything needed.with the events i had going on i didnt spend alot of time there.but come evening it was so relaxing hanging out there.i will stay there again when im in town for more family get togethers. much more peaceful than a hotel.thanks tom and patty!

Absolutely loved our stay in this adorable home that was decorated so cute, and everything you needed to feel at home was available. Close to all the great places to visit but without all the hustle and bustle of a big city. Would definitely stay again.

my wife and I agreed that this is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at. The location was private and just a few miles outside of town. so much to do plenty of hiking trails, state parks, and of course right next to lake erie was a plus. I loved that we had so much space in the house for our children. Would highly recommend and we definantly are planning on being back in the future

Excellent space. Lots of privacy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in was well-explained and seamless.

This was a good place to stay. The apartment is well equipped and the living area is pretty comfortable. Could use a better coffee table. The provided food stuffs are a really nice touch. The beds are small for 2 people, but comfortable. The bedroom windows definitely need black out curtains since there is a bright light outside. Bring your eyemask! Laundry is great to have. Shower is nice, and plenty of towels. Parking is convenient. Tanesha is responsive and friendly in her communication.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ms. Tina greeted me like we had known each other a lifetime. Her introductions were warm and familiar. She offered me a hot breakfast before I could put my bags down....:) She was so inviting and gave me water and fruit before leaving. I'd stay here anytime...The view is amazing. If the sound of crashing waves puts your spirit at peace, this definitely the place to be :)

perfect little quiet home! had everything you needed and more! great location close to everything even hiking trails! loved that they had a book with everything to do in lake erie that showed all the restaurants, parks, fishing spots, and shops, with a map of the island!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle
