All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

The house was very roomy and well laid out. We loved all the windows that looked out on a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The shelves were well stocked, and the host provided useful kitchen and bathroom items, as well as books and games. The children made good use of the game room upstairs. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a wonderful place for our large family to stay.

We really had a great stay. The house is beautiful spacious all the bedrooms are spacious. The pool is heated, which was fantastic. The hot tub everything about it. It’s serene there’s not a lot of other houses around so you can make noise and you don’t have to hear other people‘s noise it was fantastic everything about it was great. There are plenty of extras, condiments lots of spices and things like that.

Lovely large home with a beautiful patio, yard and pool. The home was very clean and comfortable. A perfect location to go on a winery tour. Our group had a great time!

Alecia’s Airbnb was so cute! We loved staying there. It was super close to a bunch of wineries. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay there again when we come to Geneva!

The place was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean with comfortable beds. The back covered porch was perfect! Maureen left us coffee from a local shop and brought us a bottle of wine! Very nice and much appreciated! We would stay here again!

The river house was located in a beautiful rustic area with a relaxing screened in porch and balcony overlooking the Grand River.

We stayed here for Fathers Day Weekend and it was incredible. We all had the best time! Can't recommend this place enough.

The cabin was cute and clean. It had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The commute to the Spire Institute was easy. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the immenities like the fire pit or the lake but we had a good night sleep.

Thomas was very friendly and provided local insights. Upon arrival, he introduced us to Robin, who maintains the cabins, and was also very friendly and helpful. The cottage was within walking distance of the Strip but was far enough to have a quiet evening. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

We booked this cabin for a combined bachelorette/bachelor party and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a fun, relaxing weekend. Everything was clean and well-stocked, and there was plenty of room for our group to hang out, cook, and enjoy each other’s company. The location was peaceful and felt like a perfect escape. We’re so glad we chose this spot—it made our celebration even more special. Highly recommend!

The Bunkhouse was absolutely adorable! It was clean, cozy and had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. The bedding and towels were so soft and clean! There was very nice soap and shampoo provided in the shower. It is a very peaceful and private location. Host Asa was friendly, responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this property!

The house was a perfect fit for our group. It was clean and the hosts were great. They communicated all necessary information. They were quick to answer questions prior to the trip and checked in along the way to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. Amazing hosts and house with a lot to offer in the area.

Joann (Jo Jo) is a wonderful hoast. When I contacted her in the morning prior to making one of our several day trips, about the need of a grab handle for the bathroom she had it there later on that same day when we returned. This was our 4th vacation trip to the Ashtabula / Geneva on the lake area. We've stayed at different rentals every time. This is the first time that neighbors interacted with us and made us feel welcome. We've already book this place for the same time period next year. A gentleman that lives at the end of the drive invited us to come down and experience the sunset any time we wanted. The house was just the right size for myself the wife and our fur baby. There is a fantastic gas grill there and I used it twice to grill dinner, I plan to bring a griddle plate for next year so I can cook up some magic for the neighbor's. We are so looking forward to September 2025 and another 7 relaxing days at J Jo's beach house. You won't go wrong if you book this cottage.
