Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Take it easy at this cozy and quiet cottage. Enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Erie from the front yard or on the enclosed porch. Guests of the Cliffside Cottage have access to the community-only beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, a bucket of children’s sand toys, corn hole, croquet and front yard Adirondack chairs are also available. Perfectly located in close proximity to the Ashtabula Harbor District, SPIRE Institute, Geneva on the Lake, covered bridges and the Grand River Valley Wine region.

Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules.

Historic Bridge street is just around the corner within a half mile for dining and shopping! Fishing charters excursions and did I say close to wineries!
