Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ashburton

What a beautiful place to stay, immaculately clean with all amenities provided..... David has thought of everything you might need! We sat with the patio window open last evening watching the sun go down over Dartmoor, a glass of fizz to finish off the day.....cheers!

I was staying for work purposes so cannot comment on what there is to do nearby etc, there is a cafe directly opposite unfortunately I was unable to try it as I was setting out before they opened and I only got back once when they were still open but only 10 minutes before they closed lol. Tim's place is like the photos, it was very warm weather and whilst the porch got hot inside stayed cool which was appreciated :). Tea and Coffee with a small amount of milk was provided, which after a long drive was appreciated. A thick folder is provided with lots of local information. WiFi was great which I needed for work purposes, the shower was great and the bed was very comfy which my back can cause issues but not here, there were even sensor lights in the bedroom and hall which came on with movement which helps when it's not your home lol (I have learnt this and bring my own which I did not need to use). I would recommend and I hope to stay again when next working in the area.

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

Tilly's is such a beautiful little place! Me and my boyfriend went for a little getaway for 4 nights and we were so impressed with Tilly's. Julie and Keith were great hosts and have done an amazing job with creating such a beautiful place. Julie was so attentive and helpful, easy check-in and out too. The private garden with a nice hot tub and fire place was lovely whilst watching the sunset. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

one of the best places we have stayed in hosts are very friendly the den is spotless and well equipped got everything you need and more fantastic value for money definitely go back ten out of ten 😀

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Such a great place to stay. It is spotless and Jaquine has thought of everything that you might need from a bottle of fizz to salt and pepper etc. Such a short walk to the beach and famous fish and chips. The scenery is stunning and the location is quiet and relaxing. Fantastic to visit many places of interest nearby.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Myself, my husband and our little boy stayed last week and what can we say. We were blown away! Kate and Kieron are amazing! The apartment was beautiful, so well kept, clean and tidy. There was an information pack when we arrived with bits to do, housekeeping bits, even takeaway places! There was a welcome basket for us with fresh fruit, crisps, cookies and a lovely card. Kate had even went above and beyond and left a card, beer and chocolate for my husband for his birthday! The communication throughout the trip was amazing, we felt so welcome. We felt very safe staying there which was a big one for us having a little boy. Kate had made sure that she had put a basket of toys in the apartment for our little boy too. We could not have asked for a better host. The directions of how to get there and how to check in were brilliant! If you are looking for somewhere in Torquay I would highly recommend here, don’t go anywhere else!! We will definitely be back!!

We had an excellent stay here in Newton Abbott! Mike and Anna were really lovely and responsive. Looks like the pics and is a good size for a group of friends, beautiful decor as well. Would definitely go back!

Perfect 2 day stay for a wedding in the area. Kairen was super quick to respond to any questions and offered early check in if needed. Lovely place with every amenity we could have needed including a magical milk frother and some very thoughtful welcome snacks which were much appreciated after a long drive! Kairen was incredibly friendly and a delight to chat to, the majestic Percy the cat was also a particular highlight. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area, thank you again!

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

Lovely couple with a great sense of humour that made conversation very easy. The place was lovely and clean on arrival and very private but also very local for things to do. Would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Moira's place - beautiful location and super close to Brixham centre. The house has everything you need, the kitchen in particular is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. Would definitely like to come and visit again!

Our stay at The Loft was perfect from beginning to end. Extremely clear concise directions from Matt made for an easy arrival, with the added bonus of a parking space. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and, surprisingly roomy. It is clear that a great deal of thought and design has gone into this property, utilising every last space, nook and cranny with the ultimate result of providing a spacious and full equipped holiday let. Not only was the apartment itself attractive and comfortable, the bonus of a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake! We had three gloriously sunny days here and, needless to say, when we weren’t on the steam train, on the riverboat or exploring Dartmouth, we spent every moment we could on this balcony watching the comings and goings on the river. We absolutely loved staying here and will certainly be back – thank you!

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

We had to book very last second. Nicole was very helpful, answered super quickly and had this beautiful Airbnb ready for us. We were greeted be personalized signs and an Airbnb with a great atmosphere. You can see the love in every detail. Everything is clean and cozy and besides the usual things they provided detailed recommendations for the area, a free yoga class Nicole gives and a lot of small things like coffee, cereal and jam. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in the area.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A beautiful ground floor apartment in a great location for the sea and local amenities. Everything was presented beautifully and everything you could need was supplied. Karen was always quick to respond to any message. We would be very happy to stay again - certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at.
