A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Bilocale con bagno privato (separato) in corridoio. Particolarmente indicato per coloro che necessitano di uno spazio per dormire e mangiare un boccone senza grosse necessità, per esempio dopo il lavoro o dopo un escursione. L’alloggio è in posizione tranquilla e centrale. Sulla strada vicina c’è la fermata del bus che porta ai principali negozi, al lago e alla città sul lago in pochi minuti ma anche per chi si muove a piedi tutto è a portata di mano.

We spent very relaxed and relaxing days in this beautiful place. The two-story, well-kept house (with wooden stairs to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom) is wonderfully quiet with breathtaking views elevated on the slope of Brissago. A toilet right by the entrance, the open, well-equipped kitchen and the spacious living and dining room as well as the terrace are on the ground floor. The house is only accessible on foot via some steep Ticino stairs (fitness training included ;)). There is street parking for the car. It is very well documented and described by Judith and Hans and corresponds to the pictures. (Small tip as an addition: pull the lid of the key box vigorously so that it hangs out). We felt completely comfortable! It was fantastic!

Great place to stay! We loved the quiet area and location 10 minutes from downtown. Very clean and tidy everything, my parents loved the sparkling wine as a gift! Ronald was always attentive despite the language barrier; I forgot my AirPods at the place at check-out and Ronald was super kind to take them to the train station. I recommend 100% and will definitely be back!
