We loved our stay! our host was really responsive, provided us with great local recommendations and helped us book a beautiful sunset view table at a nearby restaurant. would highly recommend!

I spent a 10 day stay at the property with 7 other friends. The house was delivered to us in great condition: all the rooms were clean, the beds already made and for each of us a set of towels had been prepared. The landlord and his father, who takes care of check-in and lives in the same building upstairs, were very available in everything, also providing us with useful tips on the beaches and restaurants in the area. The outdoor refrigerator is very comfortable, located in a small closet, and the barbecue in the garden, which we used without any problem. Recommended accommodation for groups because the house is adequately spacious and in a perfect location to reach, even on foot, the locals.

pleasant stay in the heart of the citadel to rest after a GR20. Very comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of Bonifacio, access is a little sporty but it's doable. 😅 Laurence was very welcoming and recommended lots of things to see, do, good restaurants. a good address 🙂

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

The house is very good. Super equipped in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms are great, faithful to the photos. The balcony is the high point of the house, with a wonderful view. Near everything, we feel at home. I recommend and would return with the greatest pleasure.

We would like to thank Nicoletta and her husband for the wonderful stay! Everything was perfect. New, beautifully renovated cottage with everything your heart desires! The contact was very nice, helpful and at the same time not intrusive at all. You could enjoy the stay very relaxed. We found the location to be very great, a little off the beaten path and quiet, and yet you are right on the coastal road - for us a perfect starting point to explore the north coast! Beautiful sea view from the terrace. A highlight for us: the opportunity to cook in the outdoor kitchen. When we are back in the north of Sardinia, we will definitely stay at Stazzu Jana again! Beautiful villa (spotlessly clean with the perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space) and extremely kind hosts! The area was fantastic and you could easily explore some amazing beaches, as well as do a day trip to La Maddalena! We did sunrise paddleboarding which i would also highly recommend! Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

A wonderful villa, beautifully cared for garden, very peaceful, yet close enough to the coast to find places to eat and drink. We went first week of May so relatively quiet and ‘out of season’ but the weather was great and it was very easy to get around and explore with so little traffic. Within 25 mins in any direction could find stunning beaches or tranquil walks in the mountains, then for somewhere a bit more lively just go to San Teodoro. Food and shopping in Budoni was just five mins down the road. Highly recommended for quiet getaway but must of course have a car.

We are very happy with the hospitality of Stefano when it comes to living conditions, location, and contact with the host. We felt like we were in our home because we didn't miss anything. However, the most important thing is the view from the deck and the extremely quiet neighborhood. In addition, the location met our expectations as to the possibility of visiting the north of Sardinia between Olbia and Alghero, of course, with a car.

The apartment has a beautiful outdoor living room and dining area! It is protected from wind and rain and even though the weather wasn’t super warm, we spend lots of time outside. The bathroom is really spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped with pans, cooking utensils and even an espresso machine. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes by walk. Mina was super welcoming and the communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely recommend staying here. Only things to note is that the mattresses are rather soft (might be important for some people) and we would recommend mosquito spray if it’s raining.

Well-organized apartment with all the comforts. The top top deck plus priceless for the view and convivial space. Very central location and very useful parking spot. Residence with beautiful pool and manicured garden. Definitely to recommend and repeat the experience!

The apartment was clean and had many amenities (very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with washing machine), it is very well located - downstairs in front of the entrance to the building there is a cafe and supermarket, the area is quiet and peaceful, in addition, in a few minutes walk you can reach the nearby beach or the port. Communication with the host went very well, he responded quickly to messages, and before check-in he sent us a video with instructions on location and check-in. Thank you for your stay!

Excellent location and very comfortable condo. There were cold beers and waters in the refrigerator as well as snacks on the table waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Patrick was incredibly helpful and kind. Our only regret was not having time to stop by his pizza place, but next time we’re in Olbia we will definitely go. Highly recommend this space!

The apartment is very clean and nice, on the ground floor. Michela was very kind and helpful, a super host. A 20-minute walk from the center. Parking is free, in front of the house, no problem finding space.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.

Host Francesca very attentive and her mother-in-law Enza welcomed us very well! Prestativa, friendly , always ready to ask questions and give suggestions for places and beaches ! It all came out perfectly! If we return to Sardinia, it will be our chosen place again! The whole family loved the house , very well equipped , beautiful , new ! All working well! Perfect stay!!

This is a fantastic apartment, great facilities in a great location. Pool on site, supermarket downstairs, Bar and Pizza, 5 minute walk to the Port and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Great location to also explore nearby beaches. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great instructional videos / clips to help with the checkin /location. Loved it, would stay again given the chance

Patricia is a very lovely person but keep in mind that she doesn't speak English . the price/quality ratio is excellent to me. so five stars
