We loved our stay! our host was really responsive, provided us with great local recommendations and helped us book a beautiful sunset view table at a nearby restaurant. would highly recommend!

I stayed in Valeria's apartment in the middle weeks of August with my wife and another couple of friends and we were very satisfied! The location is strategic: a short walk from the center of Porto Torres and the sea, the apartment is located in front of a shopping center (essential for being able to stock up at any time of the day) and is in the immediate vicinity of the provincial roads that allow you to reach the most popular destinations. Equipped with all possible amenities (air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, etc.) and extremely clean, we were particularly impressed by the spaces that can accommodate up to 6 adults together without problems. Valeria was an exceptional host: although we were only able to interact remotely, she was always responsive, helpful, friendly and attentive to ensuring that we never missed anything. In short, we felt really pampered!

I spent a 10 day stay at the property with 7 other friends. The house was delivered to us in great condition: all the rooms were clean, the beds already made and for each of us a set of towels had been prepared. The landlord and his father, who takes care of check-in and lives in the same building upstairs, were very available in everything, also providing us with useful tips on the beaches and restaurants in the area. The outdoor refrigerator is very comfortable, located in a small closet, and the barbecue in the garden, which we used without any problem. Recommended accommodation for groups because the house is adequately spacious and in a perfect location to reach, even on foot, the locals.

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

We had a great stay here. 10 mins walk to the beach and about 20 mins to old town. Nice cafes nearby. Elisabetta was a very accommodating host and let us check in early. Would stay again next time in Alghero!

Beautiful villa (spotlessly clean with the perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space) and extremely kind hosts! The area was fantastic and you could easily explore some amazing beaches, as well as do a day trip to La Maddalena! We did sunrise paddleboarding which i would also highly recommend! Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

A wonderful villa, beautifully cared for garden, very peaceful, yet close enough to the coast to find places to eat and drink. We went first week of May so relatively quiet and ‘out of season’ but the weather was great and it was very easy to get around and explore with so little traffic. Within 25 mins in any direction could find stunning beaches or tranquil walks in the mountains, then for somewhere a bit more lively just go to San Teodoro. Food and shopping in Budoni was just five mins down the road. Highly recommended for quiet getaway but must of course have a car.

We are very happy with the hospitality of Stefano when it comes to living conditions, location, and contact with the host. We felt like we were in our home because we didn't miss anything. However, the most important thing is the view from the deck and the extremely quiet neighborhood. In addition, the location met our expectations as to the possibility of visiting the north of Sardinia between Olbia and Alghero, of course, with a car.

The house had a fantastic location with a great view, you could admire the sunrise. We could enjoy the great terrace, which was also protected by wind. We'll be back here for sure.

We had a great time, a clean and comfortable home in the historic center. Quiet despite a place below that closes soon. Lots of organized activities within walking distance also for children

The accommodation is impeccable, but the communication on the part of the lessor is inadequate, he did not respond to the SMS we wrote after the departure!!! nor a thank you that he found the apartment in order, he responded to the 2nd sms when I complained about the lack of response, then he wrote!!!!!! the impeccable apartment should be accompanied by similar communication!!!

Very nice place, located in a good quiet spot just slightly out from the Center however getting into the center is so easy. The apartment has everything you’d need and is decorated very nicely. Would recommend!

Well-organized apartment with all the comforts. The top top deck plus priceless for the view and convivial space. Very central location and very useful parking spot. Residence with beautiful pool and manicured garden. Definitely to recommend and repeat the experience!

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

An incredible stay, very comfortable, very complete , you have for coffee, tea and sweets , ... and close to everything 5 minutes away by car, I exceed our expectations, everything very clean and tidy , easy to park on the street and in the private parking. Federica was always in touch from the beginning, very good service, very kind. we'll definitely be back. 100% recommend.!!!

The apartment is very clean and nice, on the ground floor. Michela was very kind and helpful, a super host. A 20-minute walk from the center. Parking is free, in front of the house, no problem finding space.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
