Apartment holiday rentals in Arzachena

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung von Duke und Luigi. Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit Duke und Luigi wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hatten hervorragende Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick von der Wohnung in die Bucht und auf den Strand. Wir haben die Zeit in Golfo Aranci sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

Unser Aufenthalt in Pittulongu war super toll, Leonardo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, alles in der Nähe und besonders die 3 Strände in Wohnungsnähe sind super! Sehr empfehlenswert.

We absolutely loved staying at Elena’s condo! Exactly as described and was super clean! We needed some recommendations and Elena always responded with extremely helpful advice. The area is very slow and quiet which we loved. Within walking distance of all Porto Rotondo has to offer!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alessandro qui est très accueillant, sympathique.. Le logement très propre,moderne bien équipé avec terrasse vue mer. Alessandro sa femme et sa fille Irène sont très réactifs, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour les restaurants, visites à faire à proximité Je recommande vraiment se logement. À bientôt

l'appartement de Noemi est très confortable et bien équipé, dans un immeuble très sympa. stationnement facile dans la rue, supérette à proximité. la petite terrasse est très appréciable pour prendre les petits déjeuners et les dîners. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Noemi mais les échanges ont été fluides et les conseils précieux.

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredato benissimo e con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta ed è subito collegato a tutti i luoghi di interesse e prima necessità. Eva si è dimostrata da subito presente in ogni momento curando tutti gli aspetti che servono per offrire un servizio che si è dimostrato eccellente. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione in Olbia. Appartamento centrale in zona particolarmente tranquilla, ideale per visitare vari luoghi, spiagge e mangiare in ottimi ristoranti della Costa Smeralda. Necessario avere un’auto per spostarsi. Perfettamente pulito e a disposizione tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno. Manca un po’ di luce nei vari locali, che quindi rimangono freschi, sicuramente un’ottima cosa in estate. Durante i mesi con temperature non proprio estive ci sono comunque dei condizionatori a parete che permettono anche di scaldare. Posteggi nei pressi della casa, sulla strada (molto tranquilla, frequentata unicamente dalle poche persone che vivono in zona). Andrea è un host molto professionale, preciso, gentile, discreto e disponibile. Check-in e check-out gestiti perfettamente con comunicazione a distanza. Bella vacanza.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. I booked the place last minute and he kindly accommodated my request, even allowing an early check-in. The apartment is cozy, peaceful, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

logement recommandé par la plate-forme et pas de déception pour notre séjour en Sardaigne. Frederica est très réactive et le logement en lui même comprend tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

Siamo stati ospiti di Agostino in quattro ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’alloggio è molto bello, comodo e sufficientemente spazioso per quattro persone. Il vero punto forte è senza dubbio il terrazzo, che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia: davvero spettacolare. Agostino si è dimostrato fin da subito gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit direktem Strand-Zugang, der allerdings eher an einen Badeseestrand erinnert - aber wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt. Der sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Hausmeister hat uns hereingelassen und uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Der Aufenthalt und das Appartement waren sehr schön. Der Blick von dem Balkon auf das Meer und Korsika wunderschön. Die Lage des Appartement ist sehr gut. Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Capo Testa ist auch zu Fuß in 15 oder mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Santa Teresa ist zum bummeln, einkaufen oder essen gehen in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Antonella und Claudia. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben einen fantastischen ersten Urlaub auf Sardinien gehabt, nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der strategisch super gelegenenen und wirklich süßen Wohnung von Paola. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und genütlich, sodas wir uns auf Anhieb wohl fühlten. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer schön groß. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon morgens auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken. 😍 Paola ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Wir haben mit unseren Söhnen (4 + 5 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Woche bei Ilaria verbracht😊 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Ilaria war extrem hilfsbereit und immer schnell/sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser absolutes Highlight waren die Abendessen auf der Terrasse/Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Highlight unserer Söhne war der wunderschöne Pool.

Muy cercana muy amable con recomendaciones locales. El apartamento genial, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Además, la anfitriona nos dejó agua y dulces para nuestra llegada, un detalle increíble.
