Nice studio with balcony, south-facing

Nice 1-room with south-facing balcony and views of the mountains and valley. Fully equipped, kitchen and living room with new sofa bed (140), bedroom with large closet and 160 bed, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, parking. The residence, equipped with an outdoor heated swimming pool, is located at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking trails, 300 meters from the village. Arvieux is an authentic family winter and summer resort in the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park.

Peaceful accommodation on the 1st floor, located at the foot of the slopes (50 m), very appreciable for the winter season. In summer, guests can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool from early July to late August. Free private outdoor parking. For sleeping, you will have 2 bedrooms + a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony is also present to enjoy the sun. Rental possible from 3 nights but only 7 nights from Saturday or Saturday in high season.

Renovated family cottage with views

We offer the 1st floor of our family chalet, 100% renovated in 2024, after 2 years of very large insulation and embellishment work for maximum comfort. An exceptional environment, at an altitude of 1900 m, 700 m from Brunissard, at the end of a roadable forest path. In winter, access is most often impossible by car, but the path is easily done on foot, even for children: provide backpacks instead. (snowmobile option for luggage) 5 G available!

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
