Hotel holiday rentals in Arugam Bay

Perfect location, good value for money (€25pn). This place has a lot of potential, but due to some overdue maintenance, moderate beds, etc. it is not used. Because of all this, €25 for this place is an honest price.

We’ve had a lovely stay in a family cottage for 2 days....to start your day in the beautiful garden with a very nice breakfast was heaven, the place lies in the heart of the mainroad, so you’re close to nice restaurants ( try definitely their own restaurant ), the shops and the beach....

Very beautiful place, super peaceful and friendly, you feel like you're alone in the world and the direct access to the beach is magical. The only downside is the food on site which is a little expensive and few other options nearby because it's quite secluded, but it's also part of the charm!

Paper Moon is absolutely amazing. Pool right at the beach, surfspot in walking distance and lion beer or whatever you need from the bar. Our stay here was very sweet, would recommend so much!! :)

We loved to stay at „Stay Golden“ - the name says it all! A cute and tasteful family-run hotel where kids are more than welcome and have lots of fun things to do! There is heaps of love for details and the owners made everything possible for us to have the perfect stay. We highly recommend and will surely come back! Thank you Angie, Rihan and Rami! We had a memorable time!

Thank you very much for the great time with you, dear Angie & Rihan & the entire team. We stayed at StayGolden for 2 nights in the low season and loved it. The entire facility is beautiful and well maintained. It's a magical path to the beach including a beautiful swing and beach loungers to relax on. We only ate at StayGolden because we enjoyed the great food and cocktails so much. There is a huge selection on the menu. Our room was beautifully furnished & super clean. We can only recommend the StayGolden. We'll definitely be happy to come back <3

Great place to stay, Rifan helped us within hiring Tuk tuk and taxis. Super clean. Great place to chill. Nice and quiet and felt very safe. Would come back again for sure!

We spent a week in Rihan's place in December and we loved the place. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, the location is great and close to one of the best surf points, and the food, ahhh the food is great, please try the sea food platter and the smoothies bowls. Rihan, Angie and staff are very well coming and makes you feel like home. We highly recommend Stay Golden for a long or short stay :)

Surfers paradise. Prime location, the owner is lovely. Air con in rooms and a fan just perfect for us. The pool was full of a group of younger travellers playing volleyball and playing very loud music which meant it was impossible to swim or relax. Other than that just perfect.

We were super satisfied - everything was clean and the vibe there was just great, we were always helped and we got valuable tips :) Really all very nice, an accommodation in which you feel comfortable, also found the outdoor area beautiful! We were even able to spontaneously stay one night longer :)

We didn't get the booked room because there was a last minute issue with the room. It was resolved later. But we saw the room and it looked cozy. The host gave us the room at the top and we were very satisfied with the stay. It was clean and tidy throughout the complex and in the room. We got everything we needed. The host family is very friendly and we felt very comfortable. I would come back

We really enjoyed our stay at Paddway Resort. At the time of writing (Sep ‘23) the place was only a few months old so everything was very new and clean. The rooms were very large with high ceilings and very quiet which was very helpful in a place like A Bay that can get quite loud at night! A short walk off the main road and the pool was the best! There were a few teething issues since it was so new which we are sure will be sorted out in the near future (no drinking water provided and WiFi is only available in the common area and not the rooms)

Great place to stay in a quiet spot near the beach. It’s about a 15-20 min walk or a cheap quick tuk tuk into town. The place is super cute and I’d recommend it to anyone. Shaheeth was super friendly and helpful in booking us a transfer and giving recommendations.
