Lake house holiday rentals in Arrowhead Lake

We stayed at Yelena's place last year and the entire family was thrilled. There was never any question that we all wanted to return again this year. Participants ranged in age from 10-82 years old. Everyone found many things to do. Fishing, ping pong and boating were definite highlights. The house was perfect for large groups with very flexible accommodations. The kitchen and rest of the house was well stocked with many unexpected extras provided. Immaculate premises and a wonderful host! Could not ask for more! :)

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

Nice Spacious House on the lake. Beautiful and very green walkable area with more lakes in the vicinity. Has all useful amenities including a coffee machine, washing machine etc. Nice master bedroom which gets a lot of sunshine very early in the morning. Nice sun room and thank God it had mesh so we could open the glass but still not worry about insects.

Amazing time! House was perfect for us! Deer came right into the yard! Perfect location! It was close to everything we wanted to do!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing stay! The peaceful sound of the stream and lush greenery made it feel like a hidden retreat. The house has a unique style that really adds to the experience .Kevin was a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Nick replied promptly to all of my text messages and was very helpful. He usually has firewood split and stacked, but there was no more split firewood. I texted him to ask where I could go get firewood or if he had the tools so I could split it manually, but he said that we are on vacation and should relax. Within about an hour, split firewood was delivered and placed in the storage area for us! It rained every single day, but we were very thankful for the indoor activities the finished basement. There was a poker table with chips and cards, karaoke machine, basketball, table tennis, pac-man, fussball , a fitness area with a bike, yoga mat and weights. The only two things I did not like, were out of Nick's control. One was that the lake was very mucky and when I fell in 3 times, I came up smelling like manure. You can kayak on it, but I would advise not falling in. The other issue was the long line at the gate to enter the community.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

My stay at Jilla’s place was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Communication was seamless, and Jilla went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a peaceful vacation. The house was amazing and so much to do there you won’t even want to leave the property! The host was very responsive and made everything as easy as possible for the guests. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This was our second visit here & it was even better than our first visit! The kids have started referring to it as ‘little bears house’. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have children. There are so many ammenities geared for children it made travelling easier/lighter. The washer & dryer were easy to use & allowed us to not ‘over pack’ knowing they were available. The house was clean, tidy, clutter free & there were even more ammenities available than listed! The kids loved seeing all of the wildlife, especially the constant deer walking through the neighborhood. The lakes were great for wading & playing with toys on the beach. A playground adjacent to each beach was also helpful to keep the kids busy. There were plenty of local restaurants, arcades, mini-golf & ice cream shops nearby. The house is in a great location if you want to keep to yourself for privacy & close enough to everything if you dont. So many great memories made at ‘little bears house’!

Fantastic weekend even if the weather was not ideal! Christina was excellent throughout. Locust Village has a HOA which requires some extra paperwork and small fees. It wasn’t complicated to complete immediately after booking as long as you have your car details to hand.

This place was perfect for our family! We traveled with a 4 and 6 year old and our dog. The house was beautiful and right on the lake with beautiful views. We loved kayaking and building a fire. The location was great and the community amenities are great - it’s right by one of the beaches and playgrounds (easy walk). Macarena was quick to respond to questions and stocked the house with tons of towels, beach towels, soap, paper towels, spices, and tons of thoughtful touches like k-cups and chocolates. It’s rare you stay somewhere that actually stocks the home with the things you need! It was super appreciated!

Our family had an amazing time. Very easy check in. Macarena was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house is clean and kitchen well stacked. The big windows with the view of the lake and sunroom makes this place very special. We cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place! The AirBnB was so cozy during the winter weather and the lake was a stunning backdrop for our weekend away. We enjoyed lots of laughs and home cooked meals during our stay. We're already talking about when we can return!

This house exceeded our expectations! Very discus and tons of amenities. We had terrible weather so we took advantage of the house to the fullest. The hot tub. Fire pit and proximity to the lake, pool and all amenities made our experience! We will be back!

we've been to a bunch of the private lake communities in the Poconos and this location was one of our favorites. Huge back yard with a fire pit, plenty of boats/paddle boards, and right on the water!!! The property was under construction at the time due to a delay with the poor weather, but it was generally clean and the material was out of the way. Communication with the host was also flawless. He was quick to respond and very polite. Thank you!

Dan was very responsive when I reached out. House is in immaculate shape with a beautiful surrounding of the lake and wild life. It made for a peaceful weekend with the family. I would highly recommend using Dan as your next host.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was super responsive, friendly, and made check-in incredibly easy. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. We stayed with a group of 12 people, and there was more than enough space for everyone. There were plenty of beds, and having four full bathrooms made everything so much easier. The living room had a beautiful high ceiling, which gave the space a very open and airy feel. The host was incredibly responsive—every message was answered very quickly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also very thoughtful and provided us with lots of helpful information, which we truly appreciated. I would happily stay here again!

Our family enjoyed making the most of all the amenities at the lake house. When the weather was nice we were out on the dock and playing in the yard….. when it changed we were still able to enjoy ourselves and the views from inside with all the games and space we had. The host was very responsive throughout the entire process and the instructions for navigating the house are very clear.

Ok this will be a little long-winded but worth it. This place is everything it appears to be. They took the time to include all of the little things that you wouldn’t even think of. The response time is amazing when there are questions for the host. We loved the layout of the place; it is great for a large group. We did a friend’s 50th and it couldn’t have gone smoother. There is so much to do in the area too. I don’t want to ruin the surprise but the little touches were so cool. There is plenty of parking and we are already thinking about coming up for another long weekend. Thanks so much for the use of your property. We had an absolute blast!
