We stayed for a few days, quiet location, clean and organized environment, host and his wife very helpful and polite, with agency and business recommendations. It is well worth the investment in an air conditioner, as the environment is very stuffy (but there are two ceiling fans and one floor fan available, which helps a lot). Nothing to complain about the stay, it is certainly worth the investment. Thank you Leo and wife, see you later

Mônica is very attentive and proactive, the house was impeccable, she always responded with great cordiality and speed, she was flexible with the check-in time. When the house met and exceeded expectations, most places needed to get the car out of the garage, very well located at the entrance of the Park, the condominium is a charm apart, the same has in the back of Praia Grande, that is, you go on foot, you will have every day the sun sunrise of the Monica window and the sunset and an incredible rock (at the back of the condominium), every day, for those who like to make their own food the kitchen meets in every way, has a supermarket nearby, bakery, and convenience stores. Simply surrender to this adventure and go, fun is guaranteed. I hope I was able to help you with something.

The apartment was impeccable, everything as in the publication. It is located in the center facing the sea and you have all the businesses nearby. The view is beautiful. What I didn't know is that it had so many stairs, 7 floors, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but then everything was perfect.

My experience was excellent! The house is very good, exactly as in the photos, comfortable and well equipped. The location is a great differential: everything is very close, especially the beaches, which are just a few minutes away. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back again. We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

The stay was perfect! The house matches the description and photos exactly. I was pleasantly surprised, as one of the rooms has two double beds, which was great for us. I recommend that, when booking, you bring personal items such as toilet paper and towels. I forgot to bring a towel and there was only one available for me and my husband. Otherwise, everything went well, and the girl Erica who received us was very kind and receptive to us!

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

The stay at Deivisson and Taciane's accommodation was great! They were attentive and flexible with the check-in time. When I arrived, the place was extremely clean and organized. I traveled alone, but the place easily accommodates a family. The location is great, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, market and pharmacy. And most importantly: very close to the beach. You can do everything on foot, including visiting other beaches and regions. I recommend it and would come back! 😄

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!
