The apartment is 1750 meters above sea level Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). It is about a 3-minute walk to Obersee and Untersee (lake with beautiful wooden bathing area). Parking space available at the house on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of the Chalet Surselva. It accomodates up to 6 people. City Centre and Ski station can be reached by foot within 10min or by bus, which is free in Arosa, in 5min. We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front courtyard which records video. The camera is on the exterior of the property.
