Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de maravilla, al apartamento no le falta detalle, muy limpio y ordenado, ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Carmen, la anfitriona, una bella persona, muy atenta y amable. Lo recomendamos 100% , nosotros repetiremos !!!!

Mein erstes Mal mit einem Van unterwegs und es war Super! Es ist zwar schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck! Genug Power um jeden Berg hochzukommen. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist so ziemlich alles drin was man braucht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach Top! Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Also das ist wirklich schwierig zu beschreiben. Meine Frau und ich hatten in El Medano in Ihrem Apartment 10 Tage im Juni 25 gebucht. Als wir dort angekommen sind waren Bauarbeiten im Gange. Das Haus war komplett mit einem Baugerüst versehen. Gut gelaunt haben die Bauarbeiter den Balkon abgebaut und mit reichlich Zement versehen. Die Bauarbeiten sollen sich über einen Zeitraum von drei Monaten erstrecken. Nach kurzer Panik habe ich Egle angerufen. Die kam sofort und war auch sichtlich aufgeregt. Ich habe natürlich gefragt was da gerade passiert. Sie hat mir erklärt das sie selber von den Bauarbeiten ein paar Tage zuvor überrascht wurde. Ich glaube ihr, ich kenne mich in Teneriffa aus und so etwas ist hier möglich. Alles in allem hat sie sich gut um uns gekümmert und versucht das beste aus der schwierigen Situation zu machen. Deshalb kann ich Ihr nur gute Bewertungen geben. Das Apartment ist großartig wenn man dort wohnen kann.

Meget fin og funktionel lejlighed. Vi indrettede kontor og arbejdspladser, så vi kunne arbejde i de 2 uger vi var i Marias lejlighed. Der var rigtig gode borde og stole, og indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt til dette formål. Lejligheden er moderniseret og har bl.a. et nyere badeværelse, et velindrettet køkken/stue og en meget fin altan. Der er et par mindre ulemper ved lejligheden, som f.eks. et meget lille køleskab samt en meget blød seng. Dette har jeg skrevet til Maria, og hun har sagt at det vil blive ordnet. En sidste ting man skal være opmærksom på er, at lejligheden ligger i den del af bygningen, der ligger i nærheden af vejen, så der kan godt være lidt støj. Men ikke noget stort problem. Vi sov fint om natten alligevel.

Fantastic stay! Apartment has everything that you need, having the washing machine is a bonus and comfortable bed, will definitely look at using this apartment again. In walking distance to all the shops, beach and lots of restaurants on the sea front to watch the sunset and the pool areas is nice to chill by.

Una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento di Michelle è bello, pulito e confortevole. Non manca veramente nulla, anzi, c'è di più del necessario. A due passi dalla bella spiaggia di Las Vista e da Los Cristianos, supermarket Mercadona a 5 minuti a piedi, negozi, ristoranti, bar... c'è veramente di tutto. Una bella piscina condominiale aperta dalla mattina fino a tarda sera. Letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito meglio che a casa nostra. Dal balcone si può apprezzare una fantastica vista sul mare. Michelle e la sua collaboratrice Deborah sono state gentilissime e pronte a risolvere ogni nostra esigenza. Grazie! Appartamento e tutto il contorno consigliabilissimo. Ci ritorneremo.

We stayed at Elena's place for 1 week with a 2y old. The apartment looks as pictured, is pleasantly furnished and equipped with all amenities. The complex is a bit old but decently maintained. The pool area is clean and early every morning during our stay I saw personnel cleaning the pools. The location is perfect, 5min walking distance from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. We had a comfortable stay and would be happy to stay again if we return to Tenerife.

Posizione perfetta, sia per passeggiare a Los Cristianos che Las America. Supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi. Mi sono principalmente spostata a piedi, e ho utilizzato il pullman da e per l’aeroporto. Tutto perfetto. Terrazza da poter utilizzare in ogni momento della giornata, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Mi sono sentita a casa.

Casa molto pulita e perfetta per due. Nei dintorni c’era tutto il necessario sia come negozi che come ristoranti e bar. La costa in quella zona è molto bella e anche la piscina dello stabile è molto comoda e ben gestita.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Merci à David pour ce super appartement. Très bien accueilli avec un panier surprise ! Super terrasse avec une incroyable vue ! Appartement très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances (parasol, serviettes de plage et de bain, lessive, gel douche …). La résidence est très bien placée, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We’ve just finished a great week. Amazing location Spotlessly clean Great communication pools heated and cold. Las vistas beach is literally 20 meters from the door with access to a strip or bars and restaurants. We really liked Amelia’s for the footy and chilled vibe. Couldn’t fault the place one bit. Thanks to Olga and the lovely Irina for the perfect stay for me and the family 💙

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. Die Wohnung war sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Check In war äußerst flexibel. Bruno war sehr gut zu erreichen und hat sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben! Vielen Dank dafür. I would give 11/10. Tullio is a representation of what a good host should be like. He is super responsive + he picked me up and drove me back to the airport. The place is great, everything you need it’s a there. Location is super central, few minutes from the first beach. Thanks for everything Tullio, greetings from Paris!

Beautiful location stunning view from the terrace! Property was spotlessly clean with great amenities. The bed was really comfortable. Apartment was nicely decorated. appartamento fantastico con tutto il necessario (e anche molto di più) in zona centrale ma tranquilla (no rumorosa, si dormiva bene ed era molto sicura). si poteva raggiungere tutto a piedi in max 20 Min, ma ci sono molti autobus molto vicini da prendere se non si vuole camminare o se dovesse fare molto caldo. mi sono spostata agevolmente da lì per tutta costa Adeje. un grazie particolare alla Host sempre molto disponibile, gentile e reattiva. lo consiglio! spero di tornarci in futuro :)
