Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment has everything, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the hostess, a beautiful person, very attentive and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

So, that's really difficult to describe. My wife and I booked 10 days in El Medano in your apartment on June 25. When we arrived, construction work was in progress. The house was completely equipped with scaffolding. In good spirits, the construction workers dismantled the balcony and provided plenty of cement. The construction work is expected to take place over a period of three months. After a short panic, I called Egle. She came immediately and was also visibly excited. Of course, I asked what was going on. She explained to me that she herself was surprised by the construction work a few days earlier. I believe her, I know Tenerife and something like that is possible here. All in all, she took good care of us and tried to make the best of the difficult situation. That's why I can only give you good reviews. The apartment is great if you can live there.

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

We had a great stay at Kerstin’s apartment, it has everything you need for long stay and in a walking distance to all restaurants and nice beaches. Thanks a lot for hospitality

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Tenerife! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jose was a wonderful host — very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Tenerife!

Fantastic stay! Apartment has everything that you need, having the washing machine is a bonus and comfortable bed, will definitely look at using this apartment again. In walking distance to all the shops, beach and lots of restaurants on the sea front to watch the sunset and the pool areas is nice to chill by.

Michelles place was absolutely amazing. It was everything we wanted really private, no noise, clean and best of all a 2minute walk to beautiful beaches. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed at Elena's place for 1 week with a 2y old. The apartment looks as pictured, is pleasantly furnished and equipped with all amenities. The complex is a bit old but decently maintained. The pool area is clean and early every morning during our stay I saw personnel cleaning the pools. The location is perfect, 5min walking distance from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. We had a comfortable stay and would be happy to stay again if we return to Tenerife.

Perfect location, both for walking in Los Cristianos and Las America. Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. I mainly moved on foot, and I used the bus to and from the airport. Everything is perfect. Terrace that can be used at any time of the day, apartment equipped with all comforts. I felt at home.

Great place for sea view.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

This was a return visit and the apartment has been kept in a fantastic condition.

We’ve just finished a great week. Amazing location Spotlessly clean Great communication pools heated and cold. Las vistas beach is literally 20 meters from the door with access to a strip or bars and restaurants. We really liked Amelia’s for the footy and chilled vibe. Couldn’t fault the place one bit. Thanks to Olga and the lovely Irina for the perfect stay for me and the family 💙

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Beautiful location stunning view from the terrace! Property was spotlessly clean with great amenities. The bed was really comfortable. Apartment was nicely decorated. Some fantastic restaurants surrounding the property. Plus some fantastic walks. Communication was easy with the host. We would most definitely stay again! Thank you 💕

Fantastic apartment with everything you need (and even much more) in a central but quiet area (not noisy, you slept well and it was very safe). You could reach everything on foot in max 20 Min, but there are many buses very close to take if you don't want to walk or if it gets very hot. I moved easily from there all the way to Adeje. a special thank you to the Host, who was always very helpful, kind and responsive. i recommend it! I hope to return in the future :)
