Holiday rentals with a patio in Arnold

This home was wonderful and just as described. While Blair was out of town, Karen treated us wonderfully, even greeting us upon arrival and offering to help us get inside. We didn’t need much, but she was immediately reachable and ready to make our stay great. Would absolutely stay again!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

For our visit to Maryland, we wanted a place that's clean, safe, quiet and relatively affordable, knowing we'd spend most of our time out and about and just come back to sleep, and Geetank's place was just that. First off, the entire driveway is reserved for guests' use. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and clean. All the furniture is simple and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but also close to shops and restaurants. Geetank greeted us the moment we arrived. The next morning, when part of our family flew in on a red-eye flight and needed to catch up on sleep until noon, Greetank kept his upstairs noise to the minimum for the entire time and our family appreciate his extra effort. If we were to visit Maryland again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Lovely place to stay , very close to downtown Annapolis! Beautiful home, super clean , well stocked kitchen to cook, have dinner , or just relax ! Extremely comfortable bedrooms with 3 king size beds ! Bathrooms lovely well stocked with comfortable towels ! Would and will easily stay here again when we visit Annapolis as my daughter and family live there ! Thank you Jenn

Beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Joseph was responsive and proactive and very friendly. The house was clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed- a comfortable night's sleep and space for a family with pets. Everything went smoothly and met our expectations. Would rent again.

Raquel's place was perfect for us and our adult children and their families (6 adults, 2 young ones). She was very flexible and adjusted our check-in to accommodate our infant granddaughter's nap schedule. Thank you! The main living area, kitchen and screened porch are so very spacious and pleasant. It rained much of our stay but we could still enjoy the beauty of her place with the gorgeous views and porch. The place is well-equipped with lifejackets (even for toddlers), water toys, games, & outdoor games. We got a chance to get out on the water a few times in the kayak - such a peaceful, beautiful creek to paddle on! We hope to return!

Ruby on the bay lives up to its name. Such beautiful surroundings - loved being on the deck hearing the wind in the pines. I was grateful to unplug! Excellent size for my sister, me and our fur bosses. Could have comfortably fit 2 - 3 more adults. Nikki was instantly responsive & informative. I would love to return.

What a beautiful home and such wonderful hosts! Rob and Libby give more than just good customer service - the show true care for their guests. From the moment we booked, we knew that they would go above and beyond to make us feel at home. The check in instructions were easy to follow and there was a handwritten welcome letter waiting for us at the front door. The interior exceeded our expectations as everything was even more picturesque than the photos could capture. Lastly, when my husband and I locked our car keys inside, Rob responded to our phone call so quickly! He gave us clear instructions even stayed on the phone until we got our keys back. In the big ways and the small, we felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for our stay in MD. Our family of six was very comfortable here and our kids loved the pool and spa. The house is clean, cute and very cozy. Tanya was very quick to respond and great to work with!

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Loved the location of this place peaceful and walkable to many restaurants. Was a little bummed with the pool hours but all and all would stay again.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
