We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

It was an unforgettable family vacation. We were 7 people and this place met all our expectations. The owner was very helpful. We visited many places, but this one will definitely remain in our memory for a long time.

The property is very beautiful. The terrace, courtyard, and view from the courtyard are superb. The entire neighborhood is very pleasant, and it was quiet during our stay. The location is excellent if you wish to go on excursions or visit one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Communication with Ilaria and Alexis was excellent; they assisted us even though we arrived at the property very late in the evening. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

A very nice place to spend time with the family. The sea breeze and the view of the sea made the days pleasant.

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

We loved it at Casa Alma. Barbara is a friendly and warm hostess. The house is small but nice. Everything you need is there and we felt comfortable right away. The large terrace is fantastic. The direct access to the beach is awesome. Especially with children, the proximity to the beach is a great advantage. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, ice cream shop, etc.) is also within walking distance.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely, unique place. Patrizia and her son were super warm, welcoming and responsive. We had the pool to ourselves and adopted their dogs and cats for the few days. Water, wine and milk in the fridge were really appreciated on arrival, as was the coffee. Close to great beaches and the view from the terrace is special.

The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

The host was very responsive and provided us suggestions for local eats. The house location is amazing, 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 2-5 minutes walk to restaurants, a great pastry shop, pharmacy, grocery shop and great ice cream. The house has a nice garden with plenty of privacy. Due to greenery around the house it is pleasantly cool around and in the house. The hight ceilings are also great to keep lower temperature in the house. The outdoor shower and direct access into the bathroom is great to keep the house clean from beach sand. You can find everything you need in the house to have a great stay ad Costa Rei. I highly recommend it.

I felt very comfortable in Marcos' apartment! The accommodation was clean, well equipped and located in a beautiful environment - perfect for a relaxing stay. The beach is just a 3 to 5 minute walk away. The Internet was also very good. Marco was very friendly, attentive, helpful and always available if you had a question. You can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The contact was pleasant and straightforward since the beginning. A few small tips for future guests: The refrigerator can be a little loud at night, and the bed was a little narrow, but still comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay - thank you very much, Marco! I can definitely recommend the apartment.

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again right away. Nice apartment just next to the sea, clean and has everything you need

Host is courteous, precise, available. The house is even better than it appeared in the photos, spacious, comfortable, clean, great view, fantastic terrace, hot outdoor showers before going up to the house. Beautiful and uncrowded beach. Everything is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet location, as in our case (2 families with children). It is not suitable for people looking for evening entertainment, a village for walking or shops (there is only a two-minute market). For what we were looking for, everything was perfect.

We had a family vacation with a small child in May-June. I really liked the location - a quiet village with the possibility of walking to a good beach. There are many more excellent beaches for every taste within a 5-10 minute drive. The yard is small, but well-maintained and cozy, the house is perfect for a vacation, but preferably not more than 4 people.
