Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Everything is good except that there is no microwave and there is no water at nights. So if you come at home after a bar at 2 am you probably will not be able even to wash your hands which is very annoying. Some of the districts in armenia have this problem, but some are not. Wifi is great, I was working all days during the month, no problem. Having the low price and located at komitasa street this apartment is a good choice I think.

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

We loved this spacious loft-style apartment - the huge windows with mountain views were just stunning! It has a really cool vibe and is super quiet, being up on the 10th floor. Good to know for future tenants: the location is a bit uphill, so be ready for a short climb. The only small downside was the kitchen - the kettle leaked and there weren’t many utensils or dishes. With a few more kitchen essentials, it would be just perfect! Overall, we really liked this place and the communication with the host was very good. Recommended!

Great location on one of the main streets in Yerevan. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping are globally available. The apartment is big. Even very big. Everything you need for a pleasant stay was available. All appliances are in working condition. There is a coffee maker. The host was friendly and always in touch. I recommend this apartment for trips to Yerevan.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

The Lake House is located in a fantastic position overlooking Lake Sevan across the road. It is a decent sized accomodation. A mini market is a walk away or a few minutes by car. Great views and a very friendly and helpful host.

Everything went great - the host was responsive and the place was very authentic. The view of the mountains from the loggia deserves special attention. Within walking distance are the main attractions, restaurants and even a market where you can feel the local flavor.

Very good stay, very responsive host, even during the stay, the bed sheets were particularly soft!

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

stayed for a week, the owner is very hospitable! arrived at night, so there was a video instruction - everything is clear and clear. The apartment was great, everything for life is there + private territory. There are several animals in the yard (cats and dogs), they are incredibly kind and affectionate. A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment in the center of Yerevan. Pleasant sleeping places and a sufficient number of sleeping accessories. It can be a little chilly, it's better to take pajamas for the night in winter and autumn. I recommend it for accommodation.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.
