Holiday rentals with lake access in Armenia

Very nice and polite host, ready to help. There was clean, silent. Heating was also working so there was no problem to stay at winter. Will go back here again for sure.

Overall, everything is alright. The photos do not show, in fact, how many different places to eat, sit together, play. The house has billiards, a swimming pool, a barbecue area with a table, a gazebo where we easily accommodated 14 people, the house also has a room with a large table.

Edgar and his mom are the nicest people ever. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest with a nice view in plain nature. Would recommend to anyone!

We liked the place, clean, modern, the renovation is fresh, the bed is comfortable, there is an iron, a kettle, a hairdryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, its own territory with a grill and a gazebo, the location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, there are cafes nearby, a little further, but also close to restaurants and shops. Sevanovank Temple is within walking distance, with beautiful views of the lake.

We had a great relaxing stay at the shore of the Lake Sevan, with a lovely beach right in front of the house and a lake view from the veranda and from one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house had everything we needed. The hosts helped us with all our questions and with the shopping too. They also helped us get very fresh local fish and helped cook it! The location offers a great balance: it is away from the crowds (which was important as this was peak season) but also the nearest town is a mere 15 minutes away by car or taxi. This was an excellent stay and we highly recommend this house. It is especially good for families and for people seeking quiet and inspiration.

place was amazing, extremely beautiful setup that has everything you need and more. the pool, spa and sauna where beautiful and perfectly maintained. the grounds that surround the residence are stunning with plenty of fruiting plants and even a koi pond. the outdoor area was also magical with an amazing Armenian bbq setup. can't recommend this Airbnb more, the owner was also extremely kind and explained everything to us during a welcome tour. I just wish I could have stayed longer. absolutely nothing to critique as it was perfect. Thanks to the owner for everything.

We checked in with a very large family group (14 people), there was enough space for everyone. Areg was always in touch, met us with his brother, told us everything and showed me, for which I thank you. Now a little more about the house - it is still under construction, somewhere you can find sheets of drywall)) but this did not bother us at all, since there was no construction debris and dust, everything was clean. The house is simply huge and very interesting, reminiscent of an old castle, you can take amazing photos here, but the highlight is a garden🥰, where you can eat apricots and lie in a hammock and cook barbecue and eat there)) just great! And another very important point that you need to take into account - the house is very cold, you need to definitely take warm clothes with you! Overall, the experience is good, I definitely recommend it!

Hakob and his family were very responsive and friendly. We were welcomed so well! The location was wonderful and the place was nice and cozy.

We rented an apartment from David for 6 days, a family of 6 people The apartment is very large, comfortably accommodated: 3 isolated rooms + a huge hall and hall, a large kitchen. 2 large balconies where you can sit and drink coffee at a table The apartment is furnished with exclusive Italian furniture, with great taste. Absolutely clean everywhere. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen also has everything you need We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of shampoos and disposable slippers. Located in the very center, walking distance to all attractions, many cafes where you can have a delicious breakfast or lunch. There is a small supermarket on the ground floor of the house. David and his wife are very hospitable, attentive and decent people. They responded instantly to any questions, helped us navigate the city. Thank You! We'll definitely be back!
