Hotel holiday rentals in Armenia

The place met and exceeded my expectation. Usually I’m a Marriott extended stay traveler but we were traveling in a group of 4 and that wasn’t an option in Yerevan. The 2 bedroom place is older, spacious, well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. The Breakfasts were great and the staff very helpful and attentive. The front desk helped us with transfers, tours and were very understanding even though we kept changing our schedule. They are the concierge service. The location is very central and all of downtown is within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Yerevan.

House of writers at Sevan Lake is an architectural heritage from the first half of XXth century. It is an great example of bauhaus and constructivist type of architecture. Alone this is the reason to stay here. This house is located directly at Sevan Lake, which gives you unbelievable view directly from the balcony. Argam is making sure everything to grant you very warm welcome and comfortable time at his hotel. You should use opportunity and visit the café near the hotel. Food offered here is very delicious!

Tatev was a wonderful host she made my first visit to my homeland a wonderful experience. Her place was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Plumbing worked wonderfully. She was always available and eager to offer help. Even while she was on vacation herself she always responded immediately and was there to answer any questions I had. I can't wait to go back to Armenia and stay in one of her apartments again. Thank you Tatev. Any travelers to Armenia I highly recommend staying at Tatev's apartment's. She is a more than just a person renting a place she is truly concerned with making your visit to Armenia wonderful. My son and I are grateful to her.

We spent three nights at Ruzan and Artak's place and can only recommend their place. We were welcomed with sincerity and kindness, a real meeting! The house perfectly matches the listing, breakfast is royal, including fruit from their garden, tips and small touches in Russian, Armenian, French and a little English, you can book without a second thought! This was a great experience. My fist time that I was using the abnb, and my host delivered exceptional service and hospitality. I was their with my family for almost a week, and we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time, and we will go there again if we decide to travel to the same area again.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The room had everything you needed for a week's stay – a kettle, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board. The hostess of the Tatev hotel and the employee Ike are very attentive, they immediately respond to any request. A very convenient location for tourists traveling around Armenia by car. Convenient location for radial day trips. Convenient departure from the city by car in all directions (except Tbilisi). At the same time, it is convenient to get to the city center by metro (people who are not accustomed to the Caucasian aggressive driving style, I would recommend minimizing travel by car around the city).

We spent two lovely days at the Ecolodge. We had the place all to ourselves, which was excellent. Location is great, so are the facilities.

The host is very communicative, very responsive, and the service is very attentive.Great location, very close to train, subway station, five minutes walk, convenient transportation, 2 subway stops to Republic Square, surrounded by market and supermarket, worth recommend.

Comfortable room, cozy, warm, no problems with hot water. There is a kettle and tea and coffee. The beds are comfortable. They offer a delicious breakfast at a very nice price. I liked everything, thank you to the hosts for the warm welcome!

Spacious clean and very comfortable room. Great breakfast and great staff. Amazing pool and Sauna facilities. Taxi into center around 5 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel. Great facilities and great value for money.

Suren and his wife Julia were great hosts, even if the language barrier was sometimes difficult. If you come with no Armenian or Russian, you may find it difficult to communicate fluidly -- but they are experienced hosts and will work with you to come to an understanding. Their son and daughter, often available on the other end of a cell phone, speak good English and can help with translating anything that can't otherwise be figured out. Julia's cooking and general hospitality are top-notch. If internet access is a priority, make sure you ask for the wi-fi device -- it needs to be plugged in in your room but the signal is surprisingly good once it's working.

Enclosed private courtyard in a small street next to a boiling avenue and metro. If it wasn't for the construction nearby, it would be completely quiet inside, but it didn't bother to sleep much. Everything was fine in the apartment itself.

This place was truly amazing and talking to the owner and the family was a lovely experience. I would recommend anyone who needs to stay in Goris to come here.

Beautiful and very tastefully decorated boutique hotel with a fabulous terrace and delicious breakfast. Very highly recommend!

Very handsome little brother👍 at the front desk who was very nice to stay with!It will answer some local questions for us ~ The whole check-in process has always taken us familiar ~ Travelers are also very friendly ~ There are yards and rooms indoors and outdoors can do public activities ~ During the period, I will also get to know people from different countries ~ If it's too late to get a taxi from the airport to the city, they will also provide pick-up service ~ Everything is very nice!

It is a great place! Location is very convenient, host is kind and room is quite cozy. My strong recommendation!
