Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

The territory of the villa is very beautiful! It was a little offensive about how much the bushes were cut off in the spring (almost to bare branches), but they did not spoil the appearance of the location much. The wooden residential house is full of amenities and very, very cozy. It is wild to be in it, and it is tastefully equipped. The additional structure with a dining room, kitchen and lounge room is also great, we spent most of our time in it while visiting the villa. A separate plus for the billiards table) Communication with RIS was comfortable, we arranged several times to visit the villa before booking and check-in. Responded to messages always quite quickly and always to the point The only disadvantage of this beautiful villa is the rental price. The location is very beautiful, but due to the high price, you can't just come here to relax for a weekend: such expenses can only be justified by some special event

We had a great stay at this cosy place in the middle of the forest. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Arevik is a delight to communicate with: she was responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Anahit is an awesome amazing host. All needed things were available at the place. Comfortable bed. Shower had excellent hot water and everything was clean and easy to find in the home. Beautiful surroundings. Grocery stores and restaurants footsteps nearby. I’m planning on returning soon again.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

Together with my family (5 people) we spent 6 days at Arman`s place. Everything was fine. Location is quite good. Communication was easy. The double toilet is quite convenient.

100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Excellent large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying in this house.

Had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend! Lilit’s place is a cottage located not too far from the center of Jermuk, yet still has beautiful scenery. Well-equipped and comfortable home, and Lilit is very responsive.

Great place to stay very close the Garni Temple. Everything was totally new and totally clean. There was everything we needed, parking right outside the door and a friendly host. We surely recommend the place!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Gagik is a very friendly host who shared local food with us. The house is clean, well-equipped, and has plenty of space. It also has its own parking space, and the house is right next to the supermarket. It is very convenient to buy things. I highly recommend guests to choose Gagika!
