Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Armenia

Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this villa in Dilijan! The surrounding nature is absolutely breathtaking, with lush green mountains and serene landscapes all around. It's the perfect escape for anyone looking to reconnect with nature. The villa itself was spotless, with every room meticulously clean and well-maintained. The cozy and comfortable interiors made us feel right at home, while the large windows allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning views outside. The property grounds were equally impressive, with a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. There were also plenty of outdoor seating areas where we could unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this villa is a hidden gem in Dilijan, ideal for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Rubens place was very handsome and great. If you are driving by google maps just look for the black gate right before the school. You can park in front of the house and it's a good place to visit gyumri

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Edgar’s house. Host is extremely sweet, views are breathtaking, the house itself is cozy and welcoming. Great location, house had a yard and bbq equipment, host served a tasty breakfast for us in the morning. That’s your choice if you want a comfy stay in the area, no doubts host will make you feel like home. Thank you very much for making our stay outstanding ❤️

Mikayels attention to details was extraordinary, his care and attention to detail was fantastic. The home was well kept and maintained, the facilities in the property were great and everything I needed was there. I can only say he made everything easy, the location is close to the shops and gyms. I would highly recommend this place! And I will be back in the near future to stay. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay it was right next to the cascades and mother Armenia monument and theme park. Great apartment and great pool and amenities for the kids.

Amalya is an extremely welcoming host. We arrived at 5 am in the morning and she met us at the place with a welcoming pie! This is the house in a village, yes, it has it's pros and cons. It's fresh and calm air just 2 minutes walk from the most epic views Jrvesh park and 15 minutes walk throught the forest to Woods Center - a modern coworking space. Outside that it's a village without much infrastructure. It's way cooler then in Yerevan itself during hot days. Recommend for a monthly stay for a nomad to mix with working at Woods Center and enjoying forest walks like me.

It was great staying in Anahit’s place. Anahit is very responsible, friendly and ready to help. The apartment was good too.

We loved it! Our host was incredibly sweet and her breakfast was amazing. You should definitely pay extra and try it! To stay a Eco Aura was a unique experience in beautiful surroundings. The cabin was equipped with a fine bathroom and we woke up every morning to a beautiful view and birds singing. Totally idyllic. If you come by this area in Armenia, we strongly recommend this spectacular site.

An absolutely magical stay! The cabin is nestled in the forest near the mountains, offering breathtaking views and a deep sense of peace. I especially loved spending time with the friendly dogs—they quickly became my companions and made the experience even more special. Me and my partner stayed here for two nights while visiting Armenia (mid December) was exactly what we were looking for, a private and peaceful hut with all amenities you could ask for. Vahe the host was easy to contact and met us on arrival to show us around. The hut itself was cosy but spacious, there was only two of us but would be perfect for another couple had we came with others. The location is perfect for traveling to see lake sevan and further afield. The hot tub was ideal and was more than hot enough to sit in -11 and be comfortable. The rest of the garden (fire pit, bbq and seating area) we didn't utilise due to the cold weather but would be amazing in the summer. Added bonus for us there was a lovely dog that came and visited the hut, I appreciate that may not be everyone's ideal situation. All in all I couldn't fault anything here, apart from some building work in the area but that cannot be controlled by the host. 10/10 for me!

I’ve spent a lovely week in this historical place, these cottages used to be residences for the worldwide famous composers and musicians of 20th century. The cottage is located in the woods, on a hillside with a mountain stream at the bottom. There is a terrace with a stunning view and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. You feel a great level of privacy there, the next cottage is far away and you barely would meet a single person during the whole day. The area is very quiet and beautiful, you easily find breathtaking spots to gorgeous landscapes and mountains there. Taxi works fine, there is even food delivery from Dilijan restos. The cottage itself is very cosy and modern, renovated recently, with fine tuned grand piano inside (was important for me, I was looking a place to practice myself). Karen, the owner, is a super nice person, very friendly and helpful. Treated me as his personal guest, arrived with local food and wine. He showed me Dilijan attractions personally, introduced me to his friends and then we had a very nice dinner all together in Erevan. True Armenian hospitality. Strongly recommend to everyone.
