Farmstay holiday rentals in Armenia

We chose this Airbnb randomly and with no idea what to expect. My girlfriend and I both agreed that it was our favorite experience in Armenia. We enjoyed speaking with the family and their friends, we felt like we got to experience what life is like in Armenia, and the food was exceptional. If you are looking for a 5-star resort in regards to facilities and amenities, this probably isn’t the place for you, but if you are looking for a 5-star experience in regards to hospitality and an authentic experience, it is. The beds were a little small, and the bathroom was outside (a bit cold in January), but this was not an issue for us. We thought the hosts were thoughtful and shared a lot of stories with us. We loved our experience. Make sure you see the wood shop and museum. It was beautiful!

Die zuständige Familie wohnt im Nebengebäude. Es ist ein ruhiger, praktischer Rückzugsort, in dem man von anderen Personen nicht gestört wird. Diese Unterbringung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Situated in the most central yet surprisingly calm part of Yerevan, this house is minutes away from the best restaurants & attractions! You don’t need a car on a night out, just step outside the house & you are amongst the bliss of what Armenian nightlight has to offer. The most amazing part about this property was the garden, you can have all the cherries and grapes that you want. The recent renovations of the house embodies new and old Armenia architecture, just stunning. The bathroom is fully upgraded with modern amenities, so is the kitchen. The house is kept like a museum, absolutely immaculate. The hostess was kind enough to have freshly baked pastries upon arrival!

Потрясающее место среди гор и поблизости к озеру Севан. Точно рекомендую тем, кто хочет погрузиться в культуру страны и пообщаться с местными. Сам дом окружен фруктовым садом, где можно проводить время на чистом воздухе. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания, удобные кровати, можно заказать домашний завтрак и даже трансфер до озера Севан! Для тех, кто приезжает на машине есть парковочное место, что очень удобно. Большое спасибо семье Торгома за такой теплый прием, с удовольствием приедем снова! Highly recommended!

Die zuständige Familie wohnt im Nebengebäude. Es ist ein ruhiger, praktischer Rückzugsort, in dem man von anderen Personen nicht gestört wird. Diese Unterbringung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Fazenda Haus war unsere erste Unterkunft in Armenien. Wir haben es mit Google schnell gefunden. Die Aufnahme war sehr freundlich bei einem Tee und kleinem Gespräch und Vorstellung, so gut es ging mit Übersetzungs-App. Wir haben dort gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut und schmackhaft traditionell. Leider war der persönliche Kontakt mit der Familie zeitlich sehr begrenzt, weil sie auf Arbeit waren. Immer vor Ort war die liebevolle Mutter/Oma, welche auch das Frühstück bereitete. Allerdings ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist notwendig, um von Fazenda Haus etws zu unternehmen. Wir haben den See umrundet, die Halbinsel mit Kloster besucht, sind in die Berge bei Diljian gefahren, alles gut zu erreichen von dort. Und wir haben das Norashen Reserve besucht, eine Naturschutzhalbinsel gleich dort, für 3000 AMD Eintritt konnten wir dieses Gebiet erkunden, und das sogar mit dem Auto, sehr schöne Natur.

Schönes Haus vor allem für größere Runden - genügend Zimmer, bequeme Betten und schöner Ausblick. Das einzig traurige war, dass das Wetter nicht sonnig war, was aber andrerseits doch eine positive Abwechslung zu dem sehr heißen Erewan gewesen ist. Ansonsten, alles super. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
