Holiday rentals with breakfast in Armenia

Shvanidzor Guesthouse will always hold a special place in my heart. The warm welcome and invitation into the peaceful village life were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I will forever cherish the wonderful time I spent with Zalina, the host, and her lovely family. My stomach and heart were always full, and my spirit alive in the stunning Armenian highlands. I’m definitely coming back, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Armenia's traditional treasures.

Me and my family were very happy to stay at Devons place. It has great atmosphere, very special. Was great to meet his family, so good- hearted people and try the food of Anahit, just everything so warm. Thank you!

This place is incredible value for money! This place is probably bigger than my apartment at home, in off season only €22/night. Armen, the host, welcome me with fresh juice, coffee and Armenian pastry. He was incredibly friendly, treating his guests like friends! If I come back to Vanadzor again I will stay here!

Dilijan was a real gem, and I thoroughly enjoyed its serene beauty and calm atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a quick escape from Yerevan, and the short drive makes it super convenient. Mornings here were a dream, with stunning views from the balcony that set the perfect tone for the day. The Airbnb itself had everything I needed for a comfortable weekend trip, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. I have to give a big shoutout to Suzy, our host. She was incredibly responsive and kind, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Her hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to the experience. I highly recommend this Dilijan retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with a caring host. My visit to this beautiful town was made truly special thanks to this fantastic find.

Perfect spot for group events. The interior and comfort of the house is superior. You can enjoy evening walks in a beautiful forest just in a 10 min walking distance from the house. There is also restaurant available in the basement. We took breakfast and drinks from the restaurant, but preferred Slabodka for dinner which is on 20 min walk from the house serving local food in a very hommy atmosphere. Finally the staff is very know and and helpful. Highly recommended option of you are looking for a modern comfy spot in the middle of Lori.

Absolutely lovely place. the apartment is ideal located to explore the city, but is also in a residential.area with a lot of shops and restaurants. the apartment itself is extremely well stocked, leaving you wanting nothing.

Great AirBnB! Perfect choice for anyone looking to get outside Yerevan and into the mountains. Very close to Tatev where there is the longest cable car in the world, a zipline over gorges, and an amazing monastery. In Goris there are good restaurants, great views and old Goris where there are caves that used to be inhabited. The views are great and we highly suggest renting a car and driving around to different villages/towns in the area. If we ever come back to Goris we will definitely be staying at Artak's place. Great price, great hosts, great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Nushig’s place, we are a family of 5, the place is spacious,, has air conditioning in every room, good WiFi, the location is great ,close to good restaurants and a nice grocery store called “Parma” which we loved I would definitely come back to this place PS- not too far from this apartment there is a great breakfast place called Juli’s , I highly recommend it

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! I loved staying at this apartment on Saryan. it is very conveniently located and right outside you can find many bars & restaurants & activities. the place was very cute & comfortable, the AC worked great & bed was comfortable. will definitely stay here again 🖤

In dieser Unterkunft haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten und von einer Airbnb Unterkunft erwarten. Die Leute sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zuständige Familie wohnt im Nebengebäude. Es ist ein ruhiger, praktischer Rückzugsort, in dem man von anderen Personen nicht gestört wird. Diese Unterbringung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Un accueil incroyablement chaleureux, une maison spacieuse, des chambres immenses, une table d'hôtes bien meilleure que n'importe quel restaurant... Ne pas hésiter pour une vraie immersion !!

It was an awesome experience in Gyumri and at Artush house. Location is good : 5-7 minutes in marshrutka ( number 20 ) and you are in the city centre. Room is comfortable and clean. House has an amazing garden. Raisa Raisa and her son are always ready to help. They are very accomodating persons, friendly and I definitely recommend future guests to stay at Artush house !

Чудесное место, даже лучше, чем на фотографиях, нам очень понравилось! Особенно хочется отметить завтраки — вкусно и разнообразно. Также в общей зоне есть камин, рядом с которым приятно сидеть, пить кофе и смотреть на огонь. Все сотрудники дружелюбны и во всём готовы помочь.

Nous avons passé trois nuits chez Ruzan et Artak et ne pouvons que recommander leur logement. Nous avons été accueillis avec sincérité et gentillesse, une vraie rencontre! La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, le petit-déjeuner est royal, notamment composé de fruits de leur jardin, conseils et petites attentions en russe, arménien, français et un peu en anglais, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés! Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous avons hâte de revenir!

Best of the best! Marietta was wonderful from the beginning, when she proposed to fetch us at the station, to the end of our stay, when she booked the transport for us. Everyday she gave us delicious food and a lot of love, and invited us to fun activities. We went to her garden to pick fresh herbs to make jengyalov hats bread in her kitchen. With her husband we visited many attractions around Goris. She is the best and I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and hope we will have the opportunity to meet again!

The stay at Armine's place was amazing. The room is lovely and clean. Armine and her husband Armen are incredibly kind and she makes amazing breakfast. The location is not far from the city centre. They are very helpful and were giving recommendations and informations. They speak only a little bit English, but you will feel welcomed the moment you step your foot in this lovely place. It truly felt like home.

3GS B&B is the best place we’ve stayed in Armenia! European standards of comfort and Armenian hospitality. The rooms look brand new, quality materials, nice design and comfortable size of rooms and common area. You even get a bathrobe!) that’s a 5 star hotel standard :-) Fully equipped kitchens, local grocery shops in walking distance. Great breakfast with delicious local and homemade supplies - and amazing view of the mountains! Big garden where we enjoyed eating sweet cherries and the best apricots ever tasted, right from the tree. The pool is a big hit of course - especially for the kids, but adults as well ;-) Sandra and Marti are very nice, fun and helpful hosts - it’s amazing how they run the place - haven’t ever seen them sitting down or relaxing (well except maybe for one dinner we had together with other tenants) - always busy working on the property💪🏻 The area around the place is the best for doing hikes (from shorter ones up to all day long), it’s near 2 big Armenian sightseeing spots - Garni temple and Geghard monastery. Both are well worth the visit!
