Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arlington

A quiet space with lovely garden view, just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive, quick to address the minor issues I had, and friendly without being intrusive. In addition to the many good points mentioned in reviews by previous guests, I especially appreciated the nightlights in the apartment and the outdoor lighting along the walkway. I hope this place is available the next time I'm in the area!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable; I'd go back as there's a lot more to do in the immediate neighborhood and good walking in the surrounding area. We had a bit of street noise our first night (Friday of a holiday weekend), but even that quieted down around 10ish. A very pleasant stay. Oh, and Eric & Kate are terrific hosts. Super responsive and gracious -- even when I made a mistake that certainly inconvenienced them. Couldn't ask for better.

This is a lovely, convenient spot - walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops, and the National Cathedral. Enjoy lots of lovely walks around the leafy, beautiful neighborhood. The place was comfy, super clean, and well-appointed. Diane is a wonderful host!

This is my second stay and it was great once again. The apartment is perfect for one person and is a great place to hang out when you don’t want to be out enjoying all of the Ballston area restaurants. I’ll be back.

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

This space was so wonderful! Conveniently located and very easy to access. When we had any difficulty Feya was very communicative and helpful. We were so happy with our time here! Our only difficult surprise was that the shower was a bit smaller than the expected, but definitely didn’t ruin our lovely stay. Would recommend

Tyler’s place is definitely worth five stars. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and has all the accommodations you need. I’ve got a group of four or five friends who visit a different city every year to watch a baseball game and we were lucky to find this place. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a short Uber ride to and from the Mall in DC. We typically will cook breakfast and dinner at home and explore the cities during the day. This house has one of the greatest kitchens I’ve ever seen, as well as a propane grill on the porch. What really put Tyler‘s place over the top for me was the little considerate touches he adds to each room. Whether it was kleenex, q-tips and makeup remover in every bathroom (which obviously we didn’t need 🤣), plenty of books and games, or a jar of coffee and sugar… this place has it all! I couldn’t recommend this listing more!!

Cozy garden unit, perfect for a couple to spend a few days in the city. Quick walk to a lot of what the city has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Very communicative and friendly hosts.

Just about a block from the Metro station also short walk to good places to eat, a grocery etc. Great place, would stay again.

What a great place! Exactly as described and so spacious. My daughter loves having the park right across the street. A quick stroll up to the Pike and you have endless restaurants. The unit was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Overall very good place to stay and good value! LeeAnn was very good with communication and tailored to our needs. She was very accommodating.

This is a great property for those visiting the DC area. Bedrooms each allow privacy (and the basement living space felt like its pwn secluded apartment!) but the communal spaces (deck/yard and living room) gave us wonderful social areas (we even invited some guests over for a luncheon "en plein air"). Close to anywhere you really want to go in the DC area (the Mall, DCA, Arlington/Alexandria) and plenty of local spots (the Harris Teeter is literally 3 minutes away!). A+ location.... you will not be disappointed with this beautiful house and yard/deck!

Abs has a beautiful place and I loved being there. The neighborhood is lively and interesting. The Metro stop is about 10 minutes away. Entry into the home was easy based on clear instructions. The home is clean and has beautiful art and furnishings. I was in D.C. for a business event but I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, and Abs is a wonderful and responsive host. I'm grateful for the experience.

Dan’s place was a unique and great place to stay while visiting DC! We were able to walk to get a few groceries at a nearby store upon our arrival, and also walk to many great restaurants during our stay. The condo was clean and as described, and we enjoyed being able to check out the neighborhood! Overall, great place!

The space was cozy, immaculate, and totally comfortable! I travel frequently and widely throughout the U.S. and abroad. I have never stayed at a B&B where the host has been as generous! From plenty of high quality fresh towels and linens to gourmet treats and kitchen ware, everything we could have wanted was made available. The host anticipated our wants and needs with generosity and quality! We were treated from start to finish as welcomed guests. I highly recommend this B&B hosted by Penny! I will request staying here whenever I am in the area!!!!

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our DC experience. It’s about a mile to the Metro, a Lyft/Uber was always around the corner, 10-15 minutes to the National Mall, depending on traffic, but the area is very quiet and peaceful at the same time. The park across the street is lovely. There was always plenty of parking. Alexandria and Mount Vernon are also a quick drive from the apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and impeccable! I had one question the night we arrived and the response was immediate and helpful. We will look for this place again next time we visit DC. Thanks for helping make our vacation special.
