Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Arlington

STAY HERE! If this place is available, I highly recommend booking it. The location was wonderful all around. It was in a quiet neighborhood that had charm, it was easy to schedule a ride-share to get anywhere, and there were great restaurants in the area. The place was clean, organized well, the AC worked and felt like a home away-from-home! Also, the owners of the place were extremely responsive and gave us all important information we needed ahead of time. We are already looking ahead to see if we can book for our next vacation!

Location to Metro worked well for our adventures in WDC. Grocery available close and several easy to locate restaurants

Rob is a super friendly guy (and Ruby is precious!)! He’s very knowledgeable about the area! He helped us with using public transportation. (We didn’t rent a car). Told us the fantastic places to visit. He gave us local restaurant recommendations, just a great host! The house is close to just about everything!! A very short bus ride, train ride, or Uber/Lyft to wherever we wanted to go in DC! The neighborhood is safe and peaceful! The house was great had everything we needed! From the close by Naval Station we could hear “Revellie” in the morning and “Retreat” in the evening when you opened the front door! Just a fantastic experience for our family!

We loved this place! Beds super comfortable, kitchen with great appliances and very well stocked with cooking essentials. Parking was great, big enough for our Van. Host was very responsive. We would stay again!

House was perfect for our DC stay. It was close to restaurants, not far from the metro, and close to the airport. Great host who was super accommodating to our needs. I have a fragrance allergy and he made sure all the bed linens were washed in fragrance free detergent. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped. The bunk beds have been upgraded to a full over full. The street was usually quiet with the weekends being the loudest traffic, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. The only thing I could think to add might be blackout curtains over the windows since the two rooms with queen beds get some sunlight in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.

From booking to check out, Jon was very responsive and made us feel completely at home.

Joshua is an excellent host and had great communication before and during our stay. We had a nice trip at their space and it worked well for our group’s travel needs. The Airbnb is as pictured and was really nice!

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very responsible host!

The place was pristine and had enough kitchen utensils to cook different types of meals. The thermostat was located in the area and could be adjusted. The private entrance does require you to go down some stairs but is easily accessible. Friendly host and in a nice location.

We had an awesome stay, the home is in a fantastic location, easily walkable to Del Ray in a great neighborhood with friendly people. Beautiful porch and yard for pets or hanging outside. Shelly was a phenomenal host, super responsive to any questions and was just so gracious. Strongly recommend this stay for anyone coming to the area!

It was a great place to stay for my business trip. Clean, peaceful and walkable to where I needed to go. I will try to book again later this year/next year for my next business trip in the area.

**close to a metro**, a nice place to stay with our family (great kitchen, beds, bathrooms, plenty of space, balcony), pool & outdoor space were beautiful- very comfortable & clean

Great spot in a nice area. The only noise was the main road noise, but that’s not anything to say don’t stay here for. Cute apartment that was only 20 mins from DC monuments and such. My daughter and I felt safe day and night & while walking dog. GREAT spot!!

The house was in incredible condition when we got there. Super clean!!! And very recently updated with nice furniture! Check in was easy. The beds were very comfortable and linens were high quality. Everything was as described. There was plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent. The appliances were top notch. Lots of hot water for baths/showers. Our kids loved the outdoor space out back. There was a TV in every bedroom that actually worked! Good street and driveway parking. Felt like a secure and safe neighborhood. Easy walk to the metro and grocery in one direction. The other direction was filled with fun restaurants, shops and bars and even a farmers market on Saturday. Highly recommend bagel uprising and moo burgers!

This is a beautiful place to stay, it’s a quiet and lovely neighborhood and the rental house is so tasteful! I loved having access to their rowing machine and washer dryer too! Great light also!

Beautiful quite neighborhood that is close to the city and still has (free) parking is unusual to find - my kids felt at “home” - Georgetown was literally a sprint away - Host and her family made us feel comfortable and kept our visitor pass ready when we arrived late evening - Just make sure no one in ur group is more than 6 feet as the ceiling is really low (that was clearly called out by the host) - we hope to come back again and spend more time at your property

Amir hosted us and our group of 10 total, including 4 kids. it was perfect and close to the various places we had on our plan. Minutes away from the metro (via car). The place had everything we needed. Two things to note is that the kitchen is a little bit tight due to the bigger table so if you have a big party keep that in mind (it wasn't a problem for us). second is the proximity to the main road as others mentioned. we used a noise machine for the kids which helped but keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise during sleep time. Everything else was perfect (note that we didn't use the outdoor space).

Everything went great. Don’t let the lower level part scare you off. It doesn’t look or feel like a basement apartment in any way. It was very modern and comfortable.

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive — they answered any questions I had quickly and made the whole check-in process seamless. We didn’t have to worry about a parking pass, they had that ready for us. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a very good stay. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and travel to and from DC was a breeze. Though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it, there was a nice sunroom and yard. Since I live in a tiny apartment I especially enjoyed the kitchen, which was charming and well stocked. The home was cozy and comfortable, and if we ever go back to Arlington we’d be happy to stay there again!

Home was neat and clean. Very close to Arlington Cemetery, a quick Uber drive to Washington DC to tour and the perfect place to stay out of all the hustle and bustle of DC.. Found some great restaurants near by.. Cafe Sazon , Ruthies All Day and Peking Gourmet Inn
