Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Entertainment all year long, at the infamous Goss Opera House, in warmer months enjoy being right across the street from Watertown's Foundation Park, home to outdoor music and entertainment, and main street events.

During the summer, take your kayak out on the lake or get a game of golf in. During the winter, enjoy ice fishing, hot tubbing, or stay cozy inside by the fireplace!

The outside deck houses a propane fire pit, there are kayaks, movies and games. The serene view of the calm lake stretches out before you from this home, its surface reflecting the vibrant colors of the sunrise or sunset. Spend the day decompressing and/or being active at this awesome lake! We do not allow pets.

Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.

Walking distance to the golf course, boat ramp, convenience stores, restaurants and nightlife. There is a 32’ x 65’ concrete driveway that provides plenty of room for parking , boats or even campers. It has a large pass through lower level garage living space with bar that’s great on the nice days but also provides a good indoor escape for those pesky rain days. Also, there is a dock on the property for any of your recreational needs. Includes fire pit, grills & blackstone griddle.

Arlington Beach Resort is located on the South side of Lake Poinsett and features the best sprawling sandy beach on the Lake! Beautifully stocked two and five bedroom cabins are nestled on one of the largest and best recreational lakes in South Dakota known for its great Walleye, Perch, Bass, Crappie and Northern Pike fishing. The Boathouse Bar and Grill Bar and Restaurant is located on site and open Thursday thru Sunday mid April to Mid September.

Escape to the lake! Come out and relax with family and friends! Year-round enjoyment - swimming, open water fishing, kayaking, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more! You will have private access to the lake with a dock. The dock is generally in the water May through Labor Day. Note: There are several stairs required to get down to the dock. Boat ramp and shared public beach nearby. Inquire about floating water mat if interested (additional cost).
