Holiday rentals with a sauna in Arkansas

truly a hidden gem. if you love cycling, hiking and watersports this is definitely the place for you. Sandy made us feel right at home .We would love to come out here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for the price and a really beautiful location. Kitchen was very well-stocked, rooms looked like the photos and matched the description, assigned parking was convenient and helpful. The slight feedback we’d share for other guests: WiFi was just about fast enough for Zoom calls but felt a bit on the fringe, place was a bit dusty when we arrived in case you’re sensitive, be careful with the balcony doors as there are a ton of bugs outside, and while we were there there was quite a bit of construction upstairs and the other building during our stay (hopefully that’s gone soon). That said, getting a roomy condo for the price of a hotel in the area was an absolute steal so we didn’t mind the slight issues. Check out was early but easy — no ridiculous requirements which seem to be commonplace these days. Overall would recommend!

This is an ideal location for anyone in town for business with Walmart. Close to all Walmart offices, the square, major attractions and restaurants. The property is new development, private, comfortable, with great WiFi reception and amenities. As someone who travels to Bentonville often, I’d highly recommend staying here to make travel more comfortable. The large kitchen, pool, gym and bikes make maintaining a healthy lifestyle so much easier while on travel. Most of all, Misty is a stellar host, friendly, professional and attentive. A great find!

Great experience! Misty was super-responsive and checked on us several times. Enjoyed the amenities, which kept the family busy: pool, bocce ball, pickleball, gym, and billiard tables. Home was close proximity to restaurants, stores, and Bentonville attractions. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to the Fayetteville area.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! My hubby and I totally recommend Dennis & his beautiful wife.... they were awesome!🥰

It was very beautiful. My 12 year old son had a blast and was able to all the fishing he wanted!

We had the best time. Had a slight issue with trying to find our place. It was dark and rainy. We called the host, and she led us on the right path. Other than that, the place was immaculate and well stocked. Beautiful view. Comfortable beds (2 kings) and pet friendly. We are already planning our next stay

This rental was absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect location and the condo was in perfect condition! The place was modern and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Beautiful water views! Family flew in from Minnesota for their first time in Hot Springs and were in love with this condo and the views! We will definitely rebook! Can’t wait until next time! Very quiet and private! Perfect for a family trip! We traveled with a newborn and it was the perfect environment!

The property was just splendid. Everything was as described in the listing. There was plenty of things to do while visiting Hot Springs. We had dinner at Fisherman’s Wharf and the meal was delicious. If you visit I would recommend this restaurant, just be prepared for a bit of a wait. We got to spend some time & money at Oak Lawn, did the magic show, and just relax and enjoy ourselves. We were there Memorial Day weekend and from the condo were able to have front row seats to a beautiful fireworks show over lake Hamilton. We had a great time and definitely will consider visiting again.

My family and I really enjoyed this place and hopefully we'll be returning soon, with other family and friends.

Marji’s condo was in pristine condition and had all the items we needed. The view was beautiful and it was easy to get to. Great value! I highly recommend this property!

The house was so cute and great for a group of friends! Between the pool and hot tub and the beautiful nature walks it’s all you could ever need for a peaceful vacation! We took full advantage of our time outside! Evenings in were perfect with the open floor plan to all still be together while being across the main floor! Beds were very comfortable and house was very clean! Would absolutely stay here again!!

My husband and I booked this place last minute when we decided to cancel our float trip because of the weather. The giant windows were perfect to watch the lightning and the house was really unique and a prefect place to get away for the weekend.

Met and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The hosts were incredibly responsive, that meant more to me than I realized. We were in town for my son’s freshman orientation and plan to return when we visit him through the year.

The hosts were super responsive and kind , we had a very quite and peaceful stay , it’s a pretty big home , kids loved the game room , overall a quite nice experience, to top it all - we had left our Apple Watch at the place and host found it - and agreed to dispatch it as well , thank you Team - You are a True 5 star hosts

We went to Bentoville for our nephew's wedding. Usually, our vacations involve just needing a hotel or an Airbnb to sleep and shower, but this time we were more relaxed, and the house became our home away from home as we spent more time in there. The house was perfect for us. Very comfortable, it had everything we needed. Plenty of towels (we stayed at a beach house once that didn't have enough towels as a beach house demands, so that makes a huge difference). The AC stopped working, and Will noticed that before we did (the weather was so nice that it was still comfortable inside the house despite the AC issue), and he promptly sent the AC guy over to fix it. We were all very thankful for the quick fix. Overall, we had a great experience. If we return to the Bentoville area, we will stay there again.

great home for our family of 4 and 1 small dog. excellent parking. beautiful enclosed air conditioner back deck we watched deer and tons of birds. coffee dishwash soap laundry detergent. was all available to use in the home. I can't say one negative thing about the place! we really enjoyed the home

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at the Spa City lake house! It was wonderfully clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds/furniture were super comfy. I was pleasantly surprised with how accessible the house was! I have a few family members with mobility issues and they were able to easily move around the home, deck, and pool area. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful view, great location, good communication, well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining.
