Loved the house, Andy was quick to answer all of my questions, we defiantly enjoyed our stay there !

So many good things I don’t know where to start. This was such a great place for all the kids! From the toddlers, the tween, to the teenager there was so much nature and so much to do. Our host was great about communicating with us. The beds are comfortable. The grounds are so thoughtfully cared for and so many places to sit and unwind. There are a lot of things that are tucked in for comfort and that cozy feeling. All 9 of us had a great time there and that VIEW, wow. We loved it here and hope to come back next year.

We absolutely loved our long weekend at Tamara’s place. It’s a quiet spot with beautiful views of the lake, and it’s close to downtown and some amazing hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and very clean, peaceful environment. Me and my wife needed relaxation from our daily life and boy did we get it. Just about 5 min from private beach, 45 min to Hot Springs, 20 min to town. Would definitely stay here again, Thanks

We had a great stay. The house was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back porch was the best with great views of the lake and forest. Super peaceful to just sit in the morning with coffee. Marcus was a great host. We were in Bella Vista for the MTB. In my opinion, the best trail system in the world. You could ride right out the driveway and down the road for a few blocks and be on the trails. Super location for MTB. I highly recommend it.

Everything was what we saw in pictures plus more!! 3 private coves. The cove we swam at was safe for kids ages 9-14. (Which are the ages of our kids) the kids loved the bunk beds. This is a perfect family or friends get away. Kayaks and canoes were awesome!! My family didn’t have life jackets, however we found some in lower closet in bunk bed room. Water does get choppy with boats on the weekends so bring life jackets for small children. The only big issue we had, which wasn’t big at all was we didn’t bring mixing bowls and didn’t find any in the cabin. literally was not the end of the world, we made it work! We definitely would love to stay here again. We didn’t need to contact the host as all the rules were stated clearly in our days leading up. The signs to moon shadow are a little small, so make sure you pay attention to the directions provided after entering the gate. Terrain can be steep in some areas. Bring appropriate sandals/shoe’s 5 stars all around. We Lovedthis vacation

We rented Dennis's condo for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was everything she wanted! She and her friends went kayaking, swam off the dock and at the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and made s'mores at the fire pit. There was plenty of space for the 5 of them to sleep (as well as a place upstairs for my husband and myself!). Dennis was in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope we are able to visit again for a family trip.

Perfect quant getaway right on the water! Host is extremely helpful finding local restaurants and responsive with any questions we had.

The cabin is perfect for a couple. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels were available. We enjoyed the screened porch, the view, and the river being just steps away. Total privacy on the 2 acres was nice. We fished coves at Lake Greeson, near Swaha and Self creek areas. Had fresh fish for dinner 2 nights and Wright's Grocery is just minutes away from the cabin in Glenwood. We'll be back!

We stayed for our anniversary. We had such a good time and the Airbnb was nice and cosy. My 6 year old loved having her own room and we loved the little twin bed nook in our room in case she got scared. She also really loved the skylights. It was very easy to find but our GPS took us to the wrong gate. Dennis was really quick to respond and gave us a different address to get us to the correct spot. We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again next year! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

We were stuck inside most of the trip due to the weather, but the house was very comfortable with great views and has books, games, Wi-Fi, and a TV available so we were able to relax and not get bored. The hosts also seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need. When we were able to get out on the water, we had 2 kayaks ready for use at the house. We had a large group and we all agreed we would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay on Beaver Lake. Plenty of space indoors for larger group and the outdoor areas were perfect! We loved sitting on the large covered porch in the mornings and enjoyed the hot tub and deck area as well. Excellent hosts- house and grounds had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. Would love to stay again sometime soon!

This Air BNB was very clean and a great spot to spend the weekend.

We had a great 3-night stay at Sunrise House! The lower-level suite was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location in Bella Vista was peaceful and close to trails and restaurants. The views from the house were amazing. Our host was very responsive and accommodating of early check in and even offered a super late checkout when his cleaner wasn't arriving until 5 pm. Would definitely stay again!

Sheri’s place was fantastic! The views were wonderful, and the house was perfect for our stay. The kids had their own space, and there were plenty of tvs for rainy days. The lake is right out the back door, with a huge yard for kids to play in. The dock was so fun for the kids to jump off of, and we loved it all! The location was quiet and private, and we look forward to staying here again. Thank you for having such a beautiful home and letting us stay here!

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway with the family to start our summer and we absolutely loved it, it was beautiful and relaxing. The rain didn’t even bother us there were tons of board games so we stayed busy, we’re already talking about coming back in August before school starts to close out our summer! We will definitely visit again!
