Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

The Suite is within our residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms, plus an enclosed porch. Enjoy the entire floor just by yourself or with family and friends. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
