Another wonderful stay at one of Carol's properties. The location, right next to Harding University, cannot be beat. I loved that I can walk around campus to get my exercise in, as well as to Spring Park to use their walking trail. Also, walking distance to Slader's Alaskan Dumplings and anything downtown you might want to check out. And, one of the most important things to me - this air bnb, as well as Carol's other rentals, are immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It truly feels like home. I highly recommend and will stay again when visiting Searcy.

Robert was excellent with communication & recommendations for things to do while in town. I travelled for a teaching practicum, but my family came along and needed to fill the day. We appreciated the clean, cozy space and the responsiveness to questions.

We found this place last minute when a weekend of rain spoiled our plans to go camping. I was looking for a great covered porch so we could relax outside and enjoy the rain, and this did not disappoint! There were multiple covered porches that faced the woods; we saw deer and enjoyed the bird with a nest in one of the rafters. While we didn’t leave at all, it was very close to Main Street and would’ve been a great location had we wanted to explore town. One note - the pictures made it look bigger than it was. It was a pretty cozy, tight studio space, which was just fine for us since we wanted to spend time outside and only went inside to sleep or use the restroom. It had a loft bed as well, but probably only comfortable for a child.

The cottage was immaculate and in a great location. Antoinette is a wonderful host. She accommodated my leave time and kept in touch during a significant storm the night I stayed. Highly recommend!

Relaxing, peaceful, and consistent stay as always. The evening rain and sheet-lightning was really nice to watch through the skylight!

A cozy space for my daughter and myself. The backyard garden was peaceful and relaxing. The location is great for walking distance to downtown. We visited the area for mountain biking. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking; Walmart and food stores are nearby. Bed and fold out couch were comfortable. The host was a very responsive communicator. Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

It’s a beautiful space. The location is a little iffy. But I felt super secure since the property is behind a gate! Claretha is an amazing host!

Doug has thought of everything as his place, The Carriage House, is fully equipped, extremely tidy (immaculate, in fact) and efficient in terms of amenities. Books, games, menus for local restaurants, snacks, and coffee are available; he has simply gone over the top to provide a great experience in a wonderful neighborhood. Unexpectedly, Doug's place has a quaint and peaceful garden spot, that served me as a coffee spot in the morning as well as space for some exercise. You can't go wrong by staying there.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and a well-appointed, comfortable cabin for a quiet retreat. Tami was extremely responsive and helpful. Take advantage of a massage if you can! My wife enjoyed it, and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Sitting on the porch and watching the hummingbirds and deer was a added bonus for what is already an excellent rental just near enough to all there is to do in Hot Springs, but in the country enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The place was just as great as the 1st time we stayed. We will definitely return again.

OZ Landing is absolutely beautiful. It is just as described, exceptionally clean and I loved the extra touches that made it feel like home. They thought of everything and you can tell so much love and thoughtfulness went into creating the perfect space. We will definitely be back!

Shanna allowed us to check in very early which was awesome as we had 2 mountain bikes each which we worried about. Did not eant to leave them while we rode. Also felt right at home friendly dogs and her husband Mike talked with us on several occasions. .The house was spacious and well stocked Towels smelt amazing lol.

Mrs Susie’s place is absolutely darling. She thought of all the comforts! The sheets and comforter were so soft, I even ordered me some! She even had mini liquid creamer ( normally I have to travel with my own). It was the perfect place for me to stay while in town for the State Master Gardener conference. Would stay again!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and modern guest house with a very comfortable bed and full kitchen! Everything was spotless and the view is beautiful. I highly recommend Emily’s place! She is a very responsive and friendly host! I would definitely come again.

This place was so nice! The location was great as we could walk downtown or to Crystal Bridges easily. Beth and her husband were very nice and gave great instructions on how to get in & out. We appreciated all the finishes and attention to detail. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We stayed one night at Jacks place and it was even better than expected! If I could give more stars I would. The place was extremely clean, looked new, and had everything we needed without extra items of clutter. Pawpaws place is about 1 mile from I-40 so it is super convenient on and off the interstate when traveling. We were headed to Tennessee from Houston and this overnight stay was perfect for our stopover. We will definitely stay there if we make that trip again!

Very pleasant place with character. I was able to ride my bike in the neighborhood. the place had everything I needed and Chris was easily accessible.

I really enjoyed my stay at Robert's place. Prior to my arrival, Robert responded quickly to any questions I had. The online pictures of the house were accurate and portrayed the house well. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. There was plenty of hot water and enough water pressure for a good shower. The onsite washer and dryer worked well and allowed me to go home with clean clothes. The back yard was beautiful for sitting outside under a huge tree that my plant identifier indicated was either a black walnut or pecan tree. On occasion, I was able to see the beautiful bay horse next door munching on the grass. It's a very peaceful setting. I was grateful for the private off-street parking just steps away from the front door. There is a house next door that is visible but with the blinds closed on that side of the house, you wouldn't know the house was there, and I felt very private. All in all, it's a cozy place to stay!

My favorite bnb space in Bentonville thus far! The bed & couch were extremely comfortable, everything was luxurious from the linens to the bathroom spray! Came for bike fest, and it was the perfect location. Host was extremely friendly and let us use the garage to store our four bikes! This is the perfect bnb if you want the best of everything, location & a gorgeous comfortable space. Wanted to mention the lil extras that made this space top tier to me, the sound machine, box fan & diffuser! I will absolutely be booking this bnb again!
