Holiday rentals with a pool in Arezzo

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem absolut niedlichen Haus, das inmitten atemberaubender Natur liegt. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig – man hört nur das Zwitschern der Vögel, und hin und wieder zeigen sich Rehe am Waldrand. Einfach magisch! Der Pool war top gepflegt und man hatte richtig Ruhe. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Küche: So liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Der Gasherd und der hochwertige Backofen haben das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht. Gastgeber Diego war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und liebevolle Details zu schätzen wissen.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Leonardo! Een pareltje in Toscane: prachtig uitzicht, rust, mooi ingericht huisje met zwembad en alles erop en eraan. Leonarde reageerde snel en stond ons tot laat op te wachten toen we heel lang in de file stonden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

We had an amazing stay here! The property is beautiful: great views, flowers and lemon/orange trees were blooming, and the pool was great plus super clean! The bnb was cozy with traditional Tuscany vibes. Giovanna and Luigi were amazing! Super friendly, loving, helpful, and funny 😁 highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful country setting!

I cannot say enough about how much we loved this place! The house is adorable, the views are spectacular and Borgo Savignola wine is outstanding! We were lucky enough to have Luzius prepare 2 dinners for us and they were both amazing. My family and I had a wonderful stay and truly hope to go back!

Family of 5 here, 3 small kids. A wonderful stay! We toured surrounding villages in the morning and came back to the pool to beat the heat in the afternoon. The private cooking class with Valentina was the absolute highlight of the trip!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!
